Just what we needed

We didn't have time for repairs and didn't want to buy a laptop just yet. A member of the Geek Squad suggested using a small TV as a monitor. This one was the perfect size and price. It was just what we needed to get through the rest of the academic year.

Nice picture for good price

Insignia provided excellent customer service

Because of her job, and with Best Buy being a 30 minute drive, she was unable to return it to Best Buy. A month before the warranty expired, I contacted Best Buy and Insignia about the return. Both approved. Complications arose, and the return didn't happen until the warranty was expired. Best Buy then balked. Insignia sent me a letter authorizing return anyway. With that in hand, Best Buy replaced the defective TV.

Works great for my trailer
