Good size for kitchen

Tried many times to pair remote to TV and still could not get it to turn TV on and off. Also asked your employees if I had everything I need and no mentioned needing a cable box. I could have gone right over to Comcast from your store, instead I went home tried to hook up and then it was too late to go to Comcast and then had to wait to go there to get one.
