Never buy insignia product the quality poor and back the refrigerator no good work

Purchased as open box item, I was told all open box items are tested to make sure they are in working condition otherwise they will not be sold. The refrigerator was delivered and never worked! Plugged it in and noticed it was not cooling, placed a bottle of water in freezer and it never froze, even though it signals that the temperature was correctly set. Then noticed I did not hear any motor or fans running. Called Insignia to schedule a repair person to look at it and the soonest anyone could make it out was a week later. Honestly glad that someone else in the home has a fridge and I was able to store food in it. The repair person said the compressor not functioning and they couldn't fix it. How did they miss or overlook that before putting it up for sale? And this looked to be a display item so technically new never used which also makes no sense as to why the compressor of new refrigerator is no good. Now I have to deal with the back and forth of exchange or return not to mention the inconvenience of being left without a fridge.

Not good! Wish I had chosen a different refrigerator. Makes noise and motor is loud! Do not recommend!!!

It fits perfect in my kitchen! I was looking for an upgrade and came across this one. It's a great price and i like the stainless steel look.

Love the look of this fridge! Called for repair and had multiple service appointments cancelled with over 10 hours logged with Best Buy support. Turns out they have no one in the Madison, WI area to service it. I really like the fridge and would just like it repaired or exchanged(out of stock currently) but we may be forced to find a different unit after bad support for Best Buy.

Overall I love the it. I would recommend it this..

Amazing. Lighting inside is great. Freezer is strong and super cold.

Bought for a rental property and was pleasantly surprised on the hidden gems and features. Love the ice bucket.

More interior room than my counter depth Maytag. Ice cubes are a nice triangular shape (good for mixed drinks). LED lighting is cool. No door handles to pull off and replace.

I had to replace a counter depth refrigerator in a hurry for a good tenant. My tenant is very pleased and Best Buy did a great job on delivery and installation quickly.

The performance is well as long as one little thing does not go wrong. My example is the product was pulled out from against the wall and cleaned I messed with a small card just lifting it and it caused damage.

The stainless really is easy to clean off the fingerprints..good purchase for the money!

Great value for the price. Very clean, simplistic appearance without the door handles and no in-door water & ice levers.

I looked everywhere for a refrigerator in this price range and nothing compared to it. Such great looks and quality. My kitchen looks great.
