No parts available for a repair, several techs tried to repair without success. Fortunately, I was able to exchange but the whole process is a nightmare, multiple calls, getting transferred from one rep to another and getting bounced around to end in a department where no agents are available and my call was disconnected. In Texas, being without a refrigerator in a Summer is not good. This has been the worst purchase I ever made. INSIGNIA is off my list for appliances options.

So we had to pick out another one. We chose a single door with bottom freezer. We like ie so far.
