Shaped to fit bigger pieces on the 3rd rack and can slide it over for a big item on rack 2. Cleans well. So far best dishwasher I have had.

Many functions though; love the internal light:)

Hidden controls, a third rack and full stainless steel tub make it a great value. It's been used for several months now and does a great job with cleaning and drying the dishes. I've already recommended it to several other people and since there is not branding on the front it blends in with other appliances easily.

I really like the interior lighting as well it helps when loading it. The controls are easy to see and use, which is another plus. It has all the features I was looking for and looks great too!

Too bad the salesman didn't convey the information about the install being around the corner cabinet from the sink, so after the installers jury rigged something together to get the install going, I'll have to reinstall it after I get the right hoses from Home Depot.

The trouble started when the guy who installed it had issues, it's not installed well, I need to call Best buy about that still. We have run it a couple of times and it doesn't dry the dishes. Got some jet dry and added it, still not drying. And the buttons are so sensitive it's a little ridiculous. Will call Best buy. May have to send back and upgrade to something else

To dry dishes the dishwasher uses a very hot final rinse and then shuts off. As the sides cool, it pulls the moisture off the dishes to the side of the unit and into the drain. If your dishwasher is not fully drying your dishes:
-Make sure that using rising aid.
-Make sure that the Heat Dry option is turned on. Hi Temp and Sanitize Rinse also help make dishes dryer.
-Make sure that your dishes are loaded properly. Position your dishes so they not shift or collect water during the cycle.
-Make sure that your dishwasher's water temperature reaches at least 120 degrees F. Turn on the hot water faucet near the dishwasher and let it run for several minutes. Hold a thermometer in the water stream to check the temperature.
-The hardness of your water determines the amount of dishwashing detergent and rinse aid you need. The harder the water, the more detergent required. If glasses show streaks, turn up the dial on the rinse aid dispenser until the streaks disappear.
-A load with a lot of plastic items in the middle rack will negatively impact drying results. If possible, alternate plastic items with non-plastic ones, like glasses. It is common for plastic items to require towel drying.
-If puddles are left on the top of items, make sure that items with cupped tops have enough tilt to shed as much water possible.
-Consider flash drying as an option. During the drying cycle, open the door two to three inches for two minutes to allow the steam to exit, then restart the cycle.

The hidden control panel is a little funky and can be hard to tell if it is set ti proper setting. But overall it does do a good job ob the dishes.

So far its been 2 weeks and quite a bit of dishes. Have learned if you put plates in the front left not all the detergent gets into the water. If you put them on the back rack, it works GREAT. Super quiet... dishes come out clean and I love the air exchange where it puts in fresh air when its finished and while closed. Im really happy with it for the cost/value. The build quality is defiantly acceptable. It is entry level pricing for an almost top of the line product. The light in it doesnt illuminate the dishwasher... more like glows your clean and sparkley dishes. Hope it holds up well, so far very pleased.
