Quiet!!!!!! Sleek!!!!! Dishes are clean and dry!!!!

works well and good value. my only complaint is the bottom rack prongs. even with the fold down section it doesn't seem to fit pots and pans well.

Excellent dish washer for the price...as many options as the Samsung that I replaced but half the price and none of the headaches.

For the price, this is a great dishwasher. The only con I have is that the drying isn't the best. Plastic cups/dishes will have water on them when it is done running. Express cycle does a good job cleaning. Super easy to install. Pay attention to the outlet it plugs into. You may need an adapter if your power cord will cover the socket for the disposal. Also, make sure to measure the length of power/water line you need.

So quiet, what an upgrade!! This was an upgrade over the 4 year old GE dishwasher that just died. So nice in comparison.

We've had this dishwasher for a couple of months and really like the way it cleans. Only 4 stars because there has been a problem with the bottom rack since day one. The rack is hard to push in or pull out, it is like the rack is too wide or the tub is too narrow.

Great dishwasher, runs quietly. Cleans dishes very well. Glad the salesperson told us about the Best Buy brand: Insignia.

Overall this is a good machine. It looks good inside and out. The controls are easy to use. The cycles are a little long and the middle shelf overall is poorly designed. The value for what you pay is pretty good.

I love the top rack (just not as much as I hoped I would) but the best part of this dishwasher is how easy it is to pop out the screen and trap at the bottom! I just wish it wouldnt leave soap behind on virtually every load.

This is great for the price. It’s very quiet but even when using rinse aid, it will leave the dishes a bit wet. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. Also my husband was able to install it himself without any issue.

It is quiet, but it takes FOREVER to do the dishes. I think the minimum amount of time is 2 hours WITHOUT THE HEAT DRY ON. So i don't like that at all. Also, get clogged easily and water does not drain all the way 100%

We’ve owned this dishwasher in two separate house and it has worked great, especially for the price! It is quiet and we appreciate the third rack and the silverware tray NOT in the door! Great deal!

Dishwasher is quiet and efficient what more can you ask? Price and quality are good or better than name brands

Not a professional appliance installer but I've installed a number of dishwashers in rental properties and in my house and ive never seen a more poorly designed dishwasher. -The water supply line adapter cant be secured because the thread pattern forces the adapter to point straight up so you cant securely connect supply line. In order to connect the supply line, the elbow adapter has to be loosened creating a leak. You can tell from the picture I've wrapped both ends of the adapter with teflon tape but theres no way to tighten the adaptor and be able to connect the supply line. -theres no room under the dishwasher to feed to water supply line or power cable. So those lines get smushed and crimped. Again you can tell from the picture that the thin access channel provides horrible access to feed the supply line to the front of the intake valve. The whole underside of the dishwasher is closed off so moving electrical and water lines is overly difficult. -Dishwasher racks are horribly designed and wont hold pots. Bowls fall all over and cant be placed upright in the top rack and we could only fit 4 dinner plates into the bottom rack. If you look at the picture in the manual you see a bunch of tea cups and tiny plates. Not realistic at all. -The top rack seemed jammed and had to be jiggled to pull it out. I couldnt tell if this was another horrible design decision or if something was broken. The 5/8 inch drain pipe would not connect to a disposal, separate drain hose or even connect to a universal adaptor. So the drain leaked too despite clamps. Run from this. We called best buy and had them take it back. I might have been able to keep messing with the supply line and found a fix but the racks were so awful I couldn't justify spending the money to keep it.

Dishwasher works great! It is quiet. Cleans my dishes. You can move racks if you need to.
