We purchased this dishwasher in replacement if a Bosch that had condensation drying instead of heated dry. The Insignia had this functionality and so far since a month ago it's working good and drying as expected. The look is great and it is quiet. The existing opening was a little bit smaller as previous owner installed tile in the kitchen and this reduced the size and now the controls are visible as I'm unable to push the dishwasher further. Anyway it looks great!

I am really happy to use this dishwasher ! Almost 2 weeks I am happy owner of this unit. Silent , very neat cleaning, with good dryer ! Thanks to Best Buy for this lovely appliance with good service of shipment and installation! Very positive experience!

This dishwasher was purchased for a rental property. I installed it myself and was a bit disappointed in the ease of installation. First, the installation manual is not available on-line, so there was no way to determine tools and parts needed until the unit arrived. Second, when I did review the installation manual, parts and tools were required, but never needed. Third, the install process was flawed; the unit should be tested for leaks BEFORE it goes under the counter. My water supply fitting leaked and the unit had to be removed. And last, the quality control is obviously lacking -- see the attached picture of the "Insignia" name plate installed upside-down. One can only wonder what else lurks. After finally getting the unit installed, it was tested. It's reasonably quiet, but not silent. I cannot vouch for it's cleaning ability. At least the dishwasher looks nice after installation.

I love it. So much more functionality than my ten year old dish washer. Heat and dry settings. Cleans my dishes so far first time. I am so happy with purchase.

Great inexpensive dishwasher. Pretty much use the express wash on this and my dishes have come out squeaky clean every time. Good dishwasher for the price and probably better install if our kitchen was prepped better for a dishwasher.

Purchased new from Worst Buy in September 2021. It’s currently March 2023 and this piece of junk won’t even turn on. Back when this dishwasher still “worked”, it would leave food particles baked on to glasses and dishes that would require hand scrubbing to fully clean. The drainage hose also would clog regularly, resulting in a cleaning cycle that would fail partway through (“H1 Error” anybody?). It also has a tendency to leak dirty dish water all over the kitchen floor. See attached photo of damage to my wood floor caused by this unit. If you enjoy hand scrubbing dishes or damage to your flooring, this is the unit for you!

I’ve had it for about a year now and I love it! It’s quiet & sometimes I honestly forget that it’s running because of it. It’s not a huge capacity but it works well for small families.

Absolutely blown away!!! I just replaced my 10 year old dishwasher do to not heating. This is so quiet!!!! Omg I had to keep opening it to make sure it was on its fabulous!!!

Works like a charm for the money! I love the third rack , i can wash my chopsticks now

The door latch broke on our old GE. I intended to replace the latch, but saw that the overall condition was dismal. Time to upgrade! This Insignia is much better built. The quality is fantastic. What's not to like?

Overall very Impressed with the look, quietness and cleaning. Only complaint is does not entirely dry dishes and stays moist on the inside door after a cycle

Best price we’ve seen for Stainless steel finish with stainless tub. It does the job nicely & is very quiet. My only complaint is that It sometimes leaves a few dishes & the tub wet even on heated dry. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!

I paid 549.99 last year (04/2022), unit was installed on 04/29/2022 through Best Buy. Installation was fine , and the dishwasher does was it is supposed to do , but now both racks are rusting. We are very gentle with placing our dishes so I don’t know how it’s only Been a year and 3 months of use and it’s already rusting and coming apart. Ridiculous , poor quality and since it’s just outside the 1yr warranty there’s nothing that will be done to fix it for free. I shouldn’t have to pay twice to get a good product. DO NOT buy this brand dishwasher if you want longevity. Now I’m going to have to figure out how to cheaply repair it , I don’t want to have to replace it altogether when it hasn’t even been that long!!! So frustrating. Crap quality. I should have paid a little more for a better brand , kicking myself for hoping this was going to last a few years at least.
