This was a great purchase for our household.. Very good quality for the price.. Stainless steel 100% inside and out.. Once running it’s very quiet and efficient with the cleanliness of the dishes.

So we purchased this in June of 2022 (10/2024 as of writing). The first issue we noticed right away after purchasing. The dishwasher seriously holds in odor. Really badly. We regularly clean the unit and it always stinks. The next issue is the rotting racks. You can see in other reviews too that are older than a year, the racks begin to rot way too quickly. Last weekend the dishwasher decided to die by continuing to throw constant E4 error codes even after changing parts and draining. $537 in 2 years and 4 months. I was skeptical on buying an insignia back then, but we liked the look of the unit. We should have went with a better known brand. The one year warranty is an expiration date. Insignia support is slow, not helpful and unresponsive, they don't do anything to troubleshoot. When they sent me suggested part numbers to look up in their system to purchase, the parts didn't even exist, lol. I can say I switched to a better brand this weekend based off of consumer reviews. DO NOT BUY!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY!!

I had water damage from dishwasher the board's were replaced Best buy hauled off Old Left the new dishwasher and came back to install very nice installation and service

Decent unit for the price. However, to rack came bent/broken. And bottom rack goes off of track when opening/closing.

The machine is great, But the installation is a disaster! I tried THREE 90 degree water inlet elbows from three different palces, 1st one is from a dishwasher install kit sold buy bestbuy, 2nd one is from local homedepot, 3rd one is from Amazon, NONE of them can get into the valve for more than 3.5 turns even without teflon tape! I am waiting for 4th one from eBay, but am not expecting much difference. Its not my first time to install a dishwasher, never had this problem before. Most likely will have to return it, and i don't dare to buy the same model as a new one may have same problem.

I love the 3 racks. It has a variety of cycles , very convenient.

Does not clean dishes. We run about every day or every other day and the dishes often have food still stuck on 30-40% of the load. Very disappointed. We love our insignia washing machine but the dishwasher is a big fail for our family. The only reason we traded it with the Bosch we had was because we changed all appliances from white to stainless. Dont waste your money on this

First time buying bestbuy brand product. Really wants this to work however it’s both leaking slowly and water didn’t drain completely when the cycle is complete. Help!

I just love this dishwasher, the look, how it cleans , and easy to use. This is the most quietest dishwasher washer I have ever encountered out of 4 I had in the past. This one in 1st place so far.

Works well and installers were efficient and tidy in doing their job. The front plate of the dishwasher was dented so a new front plate had to be ordered and installed. I was able to use the dishwasher while waiting for the replacement plate to be installed. Haven’t used the third tray yet but it’s a good option to have. Cleans and dries well and quiet compared to my old Maytag.

This dishwasher is our second we purchased, we have two homes. It is amazingly quiet and the simplicity is suberb. This is what sets this dishwasher apart from the super expensive ones out there. People, it gets your dishes clean and quietly to boot. Yes, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. So why would you pay crazy prices for anything more. We gave 4 starts out of five because, yes, you can tell some parts are plastic and could have been made better. However, if they last, that will be something we will experience over time. Insignia, we hope you run with this, take over where Sears left off...the appliance company everyone goes to. We also own one of your freezers...superb quality. Keep up the great work.

So far so good....I bought this unit to replace a GE unit that only lasted 4.5 years. This unit runs quietly and cleans well. I like the third rack and use it for silverware. The settings are easy to see and use. Certainly a great value for the price.

This dishwasher is fantastic. I am so happy I chose this to replace my last one. It holds so many dishes and because of the third tray for utensils, I do not need a basket on the bottom rack giving me even more space. I do not have to rinse my dirty dishes too much and everything comes out spotless. It is also very quiet.

After delivery was cancelled twice i didn't have any faith in the dishwasher, I was wrong. I love the simple panel and 3rd rack for silverware. I have only used the express program which works nicely to thoroughly clean the dishes. If in doubt because of the reasonable, price buy it, it works great. Medium easy to install. Thumbs up.
