Insert sad face… It leaks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this delivered today. Unfortunately the unit is faulty and it leaks. I was told that Best Buy would be contacting me so I could get a replacement. I never heard from them today but I really wasn’t expecting to. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I will be giving them a call and see what’s going on. However it’s a good looking dishwasher. I will be super excited to use it once I have a functioning dishwasher.

Unfortunately we didn't notice in time. It in was still in the box while we were doing renovations and we missed the return date. Regardless of the dent, I would not recommend this dishwasher. Dishes come out soaking wet, even after days and still dirty. The placement of the spokes is odd and doesn't hold glasses or bowls well. It is a cheaper washer so I guess you're getting what your pay for but if I could go back, I would much rather spend an extra $100 or so on something better. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the washer looks nice (other than the dent). It looks like a high end washer but definitely does not perform like one.

Not So Clean Machine

It still leaves a lot of food particles on the plates. Also, it does not dry them all the way, The dishes are soaking wet at the end of the cycle. It is quiet though.

Posted .Hello Adob, thank you for taking the time to leave a quick review of the Top Control Built-In Dishwasher. I am sorry to read that you are having issues with your dishwasher, I know how frustrating this can be when trying to enjoy your product. To dry dishes, the dishwasher uses a very hot final rinse and then shuts off. As the sides cool, it pulls the moisture off the dishes, to the sides of the dishwasher, and into the drain. If your dishwasher is not fully drying your dishes:
-Make sure that you are using rinse aid.
-Make sure that the Heat Dry option is turned on. Hi Temp Wash and Sanitize Rinse also help make dishes dryer.
-Make sure that your dishes are loaded properly. Position your dishes so they do not shift or collect water during the cycle.
-Make sure that your dishwasher's water temperature reaches at least 120F (43C). Turn on the hot water faucet near the dishwasher, and let it run for several minutes. Hold a thermometer (a candy or meat thermometer will work) in the water stream to check the temperature.
-The hardness of your water determines the amount of dishwashing detergent and rinse aid you need. The harder the water, the more detergent required. If glasses show streaks, turn up the dial on the rinse aid dispenser until the streaks disappear.
-A load with with a lot of plastic items in the middle rack will negatively impact drying results. If possible, alternate plastic items with non-plastic items, like glasses. It is common for plastic items to require towel drying.
-If puddles are left on the tops of items, make sure that items with cupped tops have enough tilt to shed as much water as possible.
-Consider flash drying as an option. During the drying cycle, open the door two to three inches for two minutes to allow the steam to exit, then restart the cycle.
-If selecting Heavy Wash with Hi Temp Wash, Sanitize Rinse and Heat Dry with rinse aid does not produce satisfactory results, please call 1-877-467-4289 available from 8am to 9pm CT daily.
