I did a chat and they said that they could come uninstall and remove the dishwasher and give me a new one. I asked if they were going to pay for the plumber to install the new one since they won’t install anything that’s hardwired. They said no. If they can uninstall a hardwired appliance, why can’t they install a new one? They offered to have the manufacturer contact me within 24-48 hrs. Still waiting, it’s been over a week.

The machine continues to function properly which is the reason for the 2-star rating. I can't recommend this dishwasher as I will need to replace the racks outside of the short 1-year warranty. It has heated drying which is nice but the tops of glasses still don't get dry.
