Looked nice, but it was DOA. The installers could never get it to run. They said the problem was my power source/outlet, but that was not the case. Returned it and the new (different brand) is working fine so far. Also, this one is a bit deeper than most. Measure the depth of your space to make sure it doesn't stick out.

After five months the dishwasher started giving an E1 error, "water intake is restricted". Nothing has changed as far as water flow and our water pressure seems fine so it appears to be a sensor failure.
We signed up for the Total Tech membership when we bought the dishwasher but it hasn't helped us get an appointment to get the dishwasher serviced. After multiple attempts to arrange a repair so far no luck.

Hi, It is necessary to confirm whether there is water in the tub when E1 alarm occurs.
1. If there is no water in the tub, check whether the lower inlet pipe is discounted and whether the inlet pipe is blocked by foreign bodies. If the inlet pipe is OK, confirm that the inlet valve is damaged;
2. If there is water in the tub, restart the machine to see whether the drainage pipe is drained. If it is drained, anomalies of the drainage pump and drainage pipe can be excluded and the damage of the breathing apparatus flowmeter is confirmed; If no, check whether the drainpipe is broken or blocked by foreign matter. If the drainpipe is OK, confirm that the drainpipe pump is damaged.
If this is the case, you can require maintenance.

It was a nightmare trying to figure out how to load the dishes without them shattering against each other during a wash!
Very inadequate instructions. I have used dishwashers for 58 years and never had this issue.
I never could use it.
We had it removed and ordered a different brand.

We’re not very happy with this dishwasher.. it’s very cheaply made and doesn’t really hold much. It has a heat dry cycle but the dishes are wet still. We’re considering returning it!

Would not cut on have to turn power off, then back on to reboot computor. Or would cut off during cycle, also the rack is slanted, so you have to use straight dishes. Wasted space.

The dishwasher i received is defective. I requested a call from the store manager to discuss my situation and I've been waiting since Tuesday March 9th - STILL no call.
The tub of the dishwasher is not connected to the bottom correctly and it is causing the overflow float to activate. It is defective.

Wouldn’t suggest buying this dishwasher. Doesn’t clean good and never dries no matter what setting. My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews before I made my purchase. So do yourself a favor read the reviews and Then buy a different brand.

DO NOT BUY! We purchased this because we were remodeling our kitchen but don’t ever use the dishwasher. We were told this brand is good enough and comparable to top brands. It’s only a little cheaper because it’s Best Buy’s brand. We had it installed by Best Buy, and after we used it for the first time a few weeks later, we found all our dishes sitting in a pool of water the next day. We had to call for someone to come and take a look at it. They told us the machine is damaged, and that we’d need a replacement. I just called Best Buy and scheduled a return, as now I’ll have to do my research before buying another one.

I bought this dishwasher and failed before 3 months. I put in a request to check. They sent a tech and He said that needed the board replaced. 2 weeks latter another tech came and said that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. I am still waiting for the replacement. I will not recommend this dishwasher. I usually love BestBuy but this time they let me down.

I bought this exact model in October 2020, worked great until Nov 2022. Then latch broke, and $200+ to repair, plus time to get parts and fix. Then latch broke again, as apparently the problem is not the latch, but the latch mechanism/control. It's a lemon. I had buy a replacement dishwasher. I hoped for better quality than this.

Owned for only 6 months and E1 error and unit will not drain. Attempted to power cycle as directed no luck. I am very particular about dishes in the dishwasher and usually prewash them before putting them in. Hopefully they can repair it soon.

I was so excited to have my old dishwasher replaced with the new but the flatware comes out dirty, so much so that you have to wash them by hand and the glasses are dirty as well, unless you drank water.
