This dishwasher is pretty good for the money. The only drawback is how fragile it is. We have soft water and it does a fine job. If you take care of your appliances, this dishwasher will serve you well.

So far so good.l. only had it installed for 2 weels. Like that the 3rd tray had its own spraying system.

I would not recommend this dishwasher unless you plan on pre-washing every dish. After 3 years of use, I’ve had enough. It frequently malfunctions during wash cycles, often fails to release the dishwasher pod at the right time, and I regularly find partly dissolved pods after a cycle. Worse, some dishes come out even dirtier, as the machine seems to just push grime around without properly draining the dirty water. I’m investing in a better model this time, and I’d advise others to do the same.

When it works, it's fine, but we may have to replace it now after 2 1/2 years and it's had one problem or another since day one, and parts are hard to get.

It's fine. As long as the washer isn't full and the dishes are rinsed, it does a good job. My washer is less than a year old, but I have to run it on "heavy" mode most of the time to get my dishes truly clean. And if I don't rinse or soak them, forget it. Even when my kid puts chips into a bowl, if I don't rise that bowl then it'll come out of the "normal" cycle with chip dust baked on. I do use rinse aid, and I do keep the filter clean and I do run a dishwasher cleaning tab through the machine once a month. So it should be running like new still. I wish I could afford to replace this, but until I can I'll keep running it on "heavy" mode with "hi temp wash" or soaking my dishes first.

It is so quiet I have to sneak up to the machine to see if it’s working. Now that’s a great surprise.

Dishwasher will not drain after less rhan a month, best buy refuses to do anything about it because it is after 15 days. Do not purchase appliances feom beat buy unless you want them to ignore any issues after 15 days. There are tok many good competitors to bother with a company that cares so little about customers.

So far so good. Great buy for the money. Great features at a low cost.

This is the worst dishwasher I've ever used in my life. It started throwing error code E1 the first day we got it. It only runs without throwing an error code once every three times. Sometimes it cleans the dishes. Sometimes we return on Monday to find the office reeks of rancid dirty water that has been sitting in the machine all weekend. It was sold to a corporate account but then we were told the warranty wasn't valid and there were no exchanges ability to return because it was installed in an office. Such a waste of money. It's the only dishwasher that is less environmentally friendly because we have to run it so many times to get the dishes clean. I wish at least it just had a drain button on it so we could empty all the standing water without having to run another crap shoot load. My building management can't fix it because they say it's a device issue not an installation or plumbing issue.

Horrible dishwasher. This machine has done nothing but leak water, clog, have standing water in the bottom of it and not get my dishes clean. I do not recommend this dishwasher.

save your money. get a different brand name. after one year the racks rusted and it’s cheaper to buy a new one then to replace the racks

I bought this in 2021. I honestly haven't been happy since day 1. My dishes NEVER come out clean. Sometimes they even stink! I'm constantly having to run cleaning pods through it. Just not happy with this at all. I hate thinking about having to replace it only 3 years later, but it simply doesn't work.

I have been an electrician for over 30 years and wired/installed 100s of dishwashers. This was by far the worst designed electrical hook up on a dishwasher I have ever seen. The wire box is too small and also too close to the floor. I would like to know how this could have possibly been UL approved. The water hook up is just as bad. Unless you enjoy being extremally frustrated, I would avoid this unit like the plague.

I am disappointed in the way that the racks are divided. It is the hardest dishwasher I have ever owned to load. it is smaller too and you can not fit any pans or larger serving dishes like i had with every dishwasher I owned before, I have to wash more items by hand because they do not fit on either rack, The blade also is made of thin plastic hopefully it will not break.

Does not clean as well as my 25 year old one. Bad idea to angle the tines holding the dishes. Does not get the dishes dry either.

I’ve had 2 of these dishwashers and both went bad, I had to wait a month for a tech to come try and repair the first one then after many hours on the phone they finally replaced it. The second one quit working 2 months outside of the warranty and Best Buy refused to replace it. When I went to a local service company they said it wasn’t repairable.

You have this great sale but no dishwashers available to buy! What a joke! I will give these away for free but have none available to give away!
