Halfway through a TV show streaming on Netflix and it went to black. It never came back on. Went to BB and exchanged it within 24 hours. Ran the 2nd in the wall and the same thing. Pulled it out and tried both ends. Ordered a different brand via Amazon and it's working perfectly.

When he took it off the appliance the end came off. One is still working so gave it 2 stars for that one.
