Ethernet cable works just fine in terms of performance as a cable. However, if needed to be removed at any point, be aware that the latch that you need to press to disconnect it from an end device is unnecessarily tough to get fully depressed so that it can be disconnected. This is especially frustrating when the plug is inset on a device so that the release is not fully out in the open.

I went into BB to buy the Sonos Arc sound bar with hopes to use my $500.00 in gift card credits and $250.00 in new credit card points. Associated with my $2,800.00 purchase of a 75 inch QLED Samsung TV that I made several weeks back.
Went online to redeem my $250.00 point and you web sight still fails to show the above purchase and or my point. And ever. Several day after your web site still fails to show this purchase. When I decided to is my $500.00 on the gift card the sales agent to me to go to the front desk to order despite already working on it directly.
Bottom line your BB website stinks and does not work for me at at. However you email follow up is good on my Sonos order which was backlogged my conclusion is if I am not going to get services I might as well go to Costco.
