Used for two seasons (24 and 25): cools really well and price was not bad. Reason for 3 stars is - There is a small leak somewhere, leaves maybe a teaspoon sized, orange tinged water underneath. I'm guessing this is a fluke but obviously, that's not good. - I HAVE to use a drain or it gets full. This is unique to the AC as I've had others in the same room and have others in other rooms that only need to be intermittently drained when it's very humid. So I guess the water doesn't evaporate properly? I didn't return because it still works and it's so heavy and is such a hassle that I've kept it. If it didn't leak, I would have given it 4 stars and I would recommend because I think the leak is probably just a one-off thing.

Works well to cool my bedroom. Continuous fan option is great for uninterrupted sleep. Easy to use, easy to set up.

Excellent product, very good, cools a lot. There's just one detail I didn't like: it's a little noisy.

Very effective at cooling a medium sized room without taking up much space. Easy to set up. Reasonably priced. I would give it a 5 star rating except that it is somewhat loud even on the LOW setting.

Set up was easy with everything you need to install. Does a very good job cooling and I like that it has a remote. Noise level I would put at right in the middle, reasonably quiet. Unit is currently in my son's room and he loves it.

Works perfectly in a bedroom. Love the follow me feature. Cools right where I am.

Great product quick cooling, no loud noise east to store

Bit loud but it's alright good airflow, the duct does get a little hot just make sure its on fully on the window use all the stuff it comes with for the window to make it airtight.

This is great to use during the summer! Keeps my room cool. The only downside is that it’s loud. Other than that, great product!

I need this AC for the master bedroom that was too far from the central evap cooler. I chose the AC version over the evap cooler cause I didn't want to mess with adding water or iced bottles to maintain the cooling mechanics. This little portable air conditioner adequately cools the room. I like its portability. It certainly does a very good job. I am going to buy a second one for the living room but the larger 300 or 350 sq ft. I am very please with the product.

After finally giving up on trying to make a window AC work, we got this. What a great decision!! It cools our apartment very well. Our previous AC was set to high 24/7 and didnt cool half as well as this one, which we dont even have to leave on all the time. Especially love that you can set the temperature and it will turn on/off as needed. Very well made and doesnt feel cheap, and was much easier to install compared to our window AC. Well worth the cost!

I am very impress with this Portable Air Conditioner very easy to use, user friendly it gets the job done especially trying to survive with the remainder summer weather. I set the temperature to the max which is 62 degrees Fahrenheit air blows freezing cold. Although, It is to early to tell what my monthly electricity for August to be determined.

It cools the room fast. I love it. It’s not too loud

I have an attic room. I’ve used this for both summers and it works amazingly. It can take a little bit to cool the room, but by morning my room is freezing.

Hands down one of the best most vost effective portable ACs! 2 summers later it still runs great! Easy to clean and quickly cools my room down. It's not too hard to set up either, but I do wish it was more sustainable because I had to buy after market equipment to use as sealing and insulation. Like maybe if it compressible or inflatable mesh to form a seal in the window. Other than that I highly recommend! It's a great product.

Excellent product. Met my expectations and easy to install

its not the quietest thing in the world, but i do have it in a smaller office. it will definitely drop temps with ease on a hot day.
