Love, love, love!! the best fridge for your money. Love the hidden handles and minimalist look, you still get a water dispenser but it's inside the fridge neatly hidden. Huge ice bucket inside the freezer, so your ice doesn't fly around if you got too much in your cup

Had this for about 2 years before the freezer gasket got loose and we started having significant issues with ice build up and food not freezing properly. Of course my warranty is up and now I guess This is discounted because I can’t even get replacement parts from anywhere. Very frustrating. I’m really blown and pray I don’t Have to buy a new refrigerator.

Nice big refrigerator, cold water on inside. Ice maker. Lots of room, everything is digital. I'm impressed!

I have never purchased Insignia before however I am glad I made this purchase. The door shelves are large which is a real plus. The freezer is roomy; I am not sure how I feel about being unable to crush ice but it does have an ice maker so…

Needed a fridge that didn’t have all the bells and whistles but still looked great in a remodeled kitchen. This fridge really has beat our expectations. The amount of storage on the doors was unbelievable Love it and would buy again.

This fridge is very attractive in appearance, and keeps everything nice and cold. The compressor runs nice and quiet, and unless you're standing right next to it, you wouldn't know it's running at all. My only dig is the ice maker, for two reasons: 1. the ice stacks up high, and as you open the freezer drawer, it gets knocked backwards behind the freezer drawer. You cannot get back there without taking the drawer apart, so I guess it all just lives there now... 2. the ice is sticking together like crazy. Rather than coming out in individual cubes, it comes out in a block of anywhere between 6-12 cubes still attached to each other. Ice maker aside, I love this thing for the price!

Gray refrigerator bought it for under 1000 and added the five-year geek squad protection for 170 great price. My wife loves the refrigerator.

I want to start out by saying that the refrigerator works great! Plenty of room in the fridge! The freezer is a little smaller than others, but still roomy. Delivery was fast and they hooked it up to the water line for us! Bravo Best Buy. Now, the one star is because the refrigerator is cheaply made. Within 60 days, the thin plastic frame for the crisper cover (shelf above the fruit and vegetable drawers) broke in two places. All it took was to drag a large bowl over it. Tried to super glue it and it broke in a third place. I foolishly didn't get the protection plan and apparently the warranty doesn't cover it. Broken part in less than 2 months and Insignia won't replace it! I should have paid the couple of hundred dollars more for the LG. Again, the fridge is still working fine with the exception of keeping our fruits and vegetables fresh. I HIGHLY RECOMMENT NOT BUYING AN INSIGNIA APPLIANCE. Oh, and Best Buy Customer Service was very good! But they can't get a part that Insignia doesn't have available.

We have had this fridge for 4 months and couldn't be happier with it.

Love the fridge, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. After spending this much on an appliance I would expect to receive it in perfect condition. Was told a new door is going to take at least a month to arrive so I currently have a dented up fridge to look at until then. Very disappointed

Cold air was escaping on the right side of the freezer drawer. Got a replacement fridge and the door seal was peeling off. Had to get a different brand.

Will break before you've even had it a year, bottom fills with water and freezes even when water line is disconnected top doesnt cool. The delivery/install guys are useless. Just don't do it. Save your money.

Love the refrigerator itself, nice and spacious, and like the water dispenser on the inside. The problem i have is when they delivered it they removed the freezer door and pur it back on messed up so it didn't seal. I called they had a guy cime out to fix it well he fixed the sealing issue but also broke a piece while doing that. So now im into 4 different time i had to take off work and him come to try and repair it and its not the correct part, he keeps ordering the wrong parts and its been nonstop hassle so far.

So far this fridge is great. No major bells or whistles, but exactly what I wanted. Inside water is great, it doesn't take up space on the outside. It was a scratch and dent but you can't tell anything is wrong with it other than a small dent on the back, it's not even noticeable.

Fridge worked great. Has lots of space in both the top fride section, and freezer section. Pull out freezer drawer pulled out smooth.

Absolutely love it! Spacious and well lit. We are vegans that cook and store a lot of food and this fridge is up to the task. Drawers slide with ease. A little noisy in cooling mode but a fantastic value.

This was the first time we bought an Insignia appliance and I'm truly impressed after 18 months of use. The ice maker and water dispenser are still working perfectly fine and haven't had any issues thankfully. It's a really well built and solid refrigerator and we have been so satisfied with this fridge, that we bought a smaller version (18.6 cu. ft) for the garage. Keep up the good quality!

This is my 1st brand new fridge i have ever purchased. I am so happy i decided to buy it. I have had no problems with it. Quiet operation and i love the inside water dispenser. No regrets. 1 yr later and still working good.
