    Mini fridge was delivered in bad conditions and Best Buy didn’t want to replace for the price I purchased the mini fridge. Customer service rep Natalie and supervisor Chris at North Riverside Il have no training for customer service. Disappointed in how they treat customers.

    Oh my gosh! I can't believe UPS delivered this item damaged. And then, Best Buy tells me I can either return it with a shipping label or return it to a store. Do they think customers don't have a life outside of Best Buy? I'm in the middle of moving, and I don't have time to drop everything and return it to the store. And to top it off, they're only offering me a $10 credit.

    CHINESE FRIED RICE BOX BUT A NEW FRIDGE?

    So this review isn’t really of the brand, but more so about the Best Buy store where I purchased this item. Let me start by acknowledgment of the fact the item was an open-box sale item. Also, I want to state that the tape across the top of the box reads: inspected by Best Buy. I don’t understand how the next event was even possible. When it came time to removing the item from box I heard something scatter across the hardwood vinyl floor in my basement. I thought maybe it was the little packets that are used to prevent moisture, but no that wasn’t it. I opens the bottom of the unit and inside was, God knows how old, takeout Chinese Box with rice and other bits of fried rice. Like, WOW!! Disgusting and unacceptable. You will rummage through my Lifeproof box when I return my iPhone case but you don’t check the inside of a returned refrigerator? Or did an employee leave it in while they were checking? So again, THE BRAND of the fridge is great.

    The fridge had damage when opened and we are from put of town so it will be a special trip just to return. Webpage has no means to communicate issues like this. A discount would be nice! Im a loyal customer, look at my purchase record.

    The mini fridge delivered with major damage to the box and a dent in the fridge. I called customer service who brought a new fridge which was also damaged but this time with multiple dents and the freezer door wouldn’t shut

    Initially I thought this was a great purchase. The item was delivered with a huge dent. Since it was just to be used for drinks, I decided to keep it. It worked for a couple months then stopped.

    Got open-box excellent condition which means it has no scratches or anything and it showed up with two decent sized dents that I didn’t know about until I’d already brought it to the office and unpacked it. When I went to return it, it was clear that the worker didn’t care at all, was very short, and kept asking questions I’d already told him the answer to multiple times.

    We ordered this for my daughter for college over the summer. We didn't open it because she decided to do online classes this fall due to the pandemic. Just opened it now to get ready to move her and it is seriously damaged. Dings and visible folding of the metal. Customer service could only offer us a gift card but they were very nice. We have plugged it in to make sure it works. Waiting to see. Overall, very disappointed that a product could be delivered with this much damage. It almost appears that it was returned and somehow was put back into circulation. Not happy at all with Best Buy. We have always been great and happy customers. Considering other retailers in the future.

    I ordered this brand new refrigerator from Best Buy online. When I received my refrigerator it was dented and scratched in several areas. It seems like it may have happened before being sent. I’m not sure. Either way it’s unacceptable.

    The only reason I rate this a three is because the top crease has a big dent in it. I’m hoping someone will get back to me regarding this issue. Other than that the purchase was a good thing

    Purchased this item for our daughter's dorm room. Didn't open it until we got into her room (much easier to move in the box) and realized it was dented. At that point we didn't have the option to take it back. As far as I know the interior features are fine, but disappointing.
