Bad Sale Rep

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I got on the plane for my trip to Hawaii, I realized that I did not have the cable for my Bose over the ears headset. You have to have a cable to connect to the planes entertainment system. So after I arrived in HI, I went to Best Buy. After locating a sale rep I ask him for a cord for my Bose headset. Without hesitation he took me to another selection of the store and said this is the only cable that we have the will work; it come in 3ft and 6ft. I look at the cable and look fairly cheap. So I said are your sure that this will work for my Bose headset. Not only did I get a cheap cable, it doesn't work with the Bose headset. Oh yea I did not find out that it did not work until I got on the plane; 25 hours with being able to my Bose headphones. Thanks best buy.
