My father’s Bose headphones needed a new cable, due to damage at the connection. The BB member who helped him didn’t know that Bose products use a cable with a proprietary plug where the cable is inserted into the headphone housing. We had to return this product.

I use this mainly to connect my iPhone to my car stereo to listen to my Music files or Pandora, etc. It's replacing my previous one, different brand, that finally wore out. This one has been excellent.

Using this as a power and data cable to turn amp on with preamp.
