As a previous reviewer stated that the oven knob is "stripped" and non-functioning, I have the same issues. There is no replacement part--period. This makes the oven in-op. And this was a fairly new oven with very little use! ISIGNIA is garbage.

This range came brand new in a Forrest River RV I purchased last year. The range is broken, the oven control knob appears to be stripped and the oven will not turn on. I have attempted for months and months to get service from Best Buy, who owns Insignia, to no avail. I am sorely dissatisfied and rethinking my relationship with Best Buy all together. Today, I spent 30 min on the phone, just to request service, they could not schedule service and I have to wait (again) for their repair department to call me back to schedule service. I wonder how many more months I will have to wait for that call and subsequent visit.

I purchased a RV with an Insignia Range/oven model NS-RNG24SS9 in December 2022. I have been fighting with the pilot light to say lit in the oven. As long as the door is open it works but when it is closed it goes out.
