Works great! Loved its capacity and compact size for my small apartment.

We are very pleasantly surprised with the apparent quality and performance of this washer. Having bought a new front loading HE washer 10 years ago that needed repair, we realized that it was at the end of its life. This washer reminded us of how huge the difference was with capacity in comparison with front loaders. The huge stainless steel drum is capacious, but the smart technology decides the water level needed for whatever you want to wash. Multiple bulky but light items that I would assume needed high water levels were washed perfectly with the amount of water the machine decided. So far we are impressed.

Good washer, the only con is it takes a while with the loads.

Nice smaller profile washer which is really good if you have a limted footprint area. So far, it works well and is on the quiet side. Has varied settings including delicates and drain/spin. Delivery and installation was good and they hauled away my old washer. So far, so goood.

It's hard to find the right washer, due to the narrow doorway is needs to fit through. The washer is nice. The service, not so much. The drain hose was too short. (Needs to drain above the washer). I paid for installation and since the hose didn't reach, they would not install the washer. They wouldn't even remove the hose from the old one so I would re-use the extender. I've complained twice now and still have not been credited with the installation costs.

Works quite well. Should have measured the length of the washer lid before deciding. Had to rig a Velcro strap system to keep the lid open while loading items - that or have to hire a carpenter to move the shelf above the machine. The delivery men, not employees of Best Buy, were extremely rude to my elderly disabled mother when she asked where the new hose was that we purchased for the new washer (it was in truck, they were none too thrilled to have to retrieve it) - wish I had been there when they arrived. I want to say no reflection on Best Buy...but...... Overall, got what we paid for.

I had to get use to teh idea that this washer was smarter than me. Went to figure out teh AUTO mode adn when I used the machine the first time adn looked in, after stopping the cycle to open it, I looked in to see hardly a drop-seemingly, of water. I added water! LOL!!! Well 3 weeks in now adn I realize that this adn many others are a whole new idea- they weigh the load, and then figure out all teh logistics to clean the load, and honestly it does a great job. I am looking forward to seeing how much water I did not use since getting this machine AND I am still on the same detergent, bleach, softener bottles I use that little. So, folks we all obviously use way too much water, detergents, softener, and bleach in past "traditional" machines. I am VERY HAPPY with this new washer. (But for giggles, when you get this machine, open teh loader up after about 10 minutes and be prepared to be amazed at how much water it DOES NOT take to wash clothes.)

Excellent quality and perfect size for small spaces. Cycles run well and runs quietly. Great value.

The delivery and setup was extremely fast and efficient. I enjoy the fact that this machine is so quiet that you don't even notice that it's on. My other machine was so noisy. The inside has so much room to fit a large load. Even my king size comforter fit perfectly. It cleans well and for the price it's definitely worth it.

Love it. It was small enough to fit right into the back of our compact SUV and so glad to have it. We can finally wash at home instead of having to go to relatives house 3 or 4 times a week to wash. This machine is easy to use and didn't take long to hook up at all. It's small and doesn't take up a lot of small like our old washer. Love it! Love it!

This washer makes your clothes so clean and you can put a good amount in it. I really like it & I'd give it a 5 however at times the washer stops after spin w/water still in it, just blinking rinse again & winds up wasting electricity so I have to manually put it to rinse and spin, then it's done. Other than that is great!!

I was really just looking for a washer that would be suitable for apartment use. I didn't need anything fancy, but still wanted good quality- and I found it! This is much deeper than I had anticipated, and so easy to navigate. I had my closet doors open while I used it and was amazed at how quiet it was! This will definitely last me for years and years and will be coming with me whenever I buy a house- no upgrade necessary.

This is a smaller size washer but, cleans the clothes good and easy to use.

I think the reviews saying it doesn't work is user error. Our flooring wasn't quite level and it caused the machine to blink on the spin cycle bc it was off balance. Since we fixed our mistake, its been great!! It fits WAY more inside than I was expecting. One small turn off is that the lid is plastic. All of the machine is regular high quality but the lid just feels flimsy. But hey, it's a good price!

My wife passed away a few yrs ago and I needed to bring the W&D upstairs from the basement to make it easier for me. I had a small area to put both W&D in, she always did the laundry & I didn't even know how to do it. It was smaller than our 20 yr old W&D and to learn how to do laundry these were very easy for me. I just wish the buzzer was a little louder so I can here it when the wash is done. But this is perfect for me who is 71 yrs old.

Works great and very easy to hook up. They delivered to my basement with ease.
