Not a good washer

The washer had a big dent on the left back corner of it. I called customer service. The guy told me that I had to return it back to the store. I live 2 hours from the Best Buy I bought it from. I work a lot so I haven’t had time to bring it back to flowood Mississippi. But I am gonna make time this weekend to go back and exchange it for a better product. I will not be buying this type of washer again. It leaks white residue in the front bad . So I don’t know if it’s because of the dent or what. But we wasn’t satisfied with it.

I especially love the quick wash mode because I can use it for items like sheer curtains that don't need a lengthy wash cycle. Also prefer the top loading washers to avoid the mold issue that front loading washers have.

We have to turn the cold water off almost completely to get hot water. And if you turned the cold down too much it wouldn't rinse it would just sit there making noise. It also squealed when it was pulling from the hot water. The buttons often get confused when changing settings. Often have to turn the cycle off reset the wash settings and turn it back on. I also did not like how long it took to wash clothes. Towels for example on the towel setting took an eternity. It would be at least an hour not longer. In general the wash seem to take forever. I do not recommend this washer.

Posted .Hi, thanks for your review. Only cold rinse mode, need to turn on cold water valve for whole cycle, if need to fill in more hot water, select high temp.

It works well to clean my clothes and I love that it has an automatic setting that tells the machine how big of load I have in the machine. It canNOT handle large loads and does NOT handle towels very well. I can usually put one, maybe two towels in at a time to wash.

This washer has beautifully handled massive loads of comforters and towels on the regular. Everything comes out squeaky clean. You won't find a better machine at this price.
