It works like a dream and has been problem free. We have a one year warranty for everything associated with the washing machine.

It replaced a higher line Whirlpool which only lasted 7 years. The repairman who diagnosed the Whirlpool as a dead motor suggested I buy the cheapest washer as none last that long. My first washer was a Kenmore which lasted 20 years. Those days are gone forever. I was not pleased with the hoses which I bought from BB as they weren't as high quality as I could have bought from Lowes. Next time I'll buy my own hoses and let the installer use those.
