    The TV is fine but the price on the store sign says 6999 and when I got to the register, it was not 6999 and the manager can only market down to 89. I was not happy about that.

    The sound malfunctioned on it the first few days and returned it for a different TCL brand 40" for about the same price.

    Best Buy used Roadie to deliver this item. They pulled up to my house got it out and then put it back in the truck and drove away. States it couldn’t be delivered and a refund would be issued. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund.

    TV missing leg screw. Leg fell off. TV broke.

    Very unhappy with this purchase. It was missing 4 leg screws that secured the legs on the Tv. One leg fell off and it fell on the floor and smashed. Geek squad could not repair it. I bought the same TV yesterday and it had 4 screws to secure the legs. I called customer service (Keyona)? And was told I have to come into the store again and talk to the manager to be reimbursed

    INSIGNIA would not pair remote. Remote would turn on tv, adjust volume, got back and select, but would not go past the pair remote screen in the set up. TV was brand new and would not respond to any of the troubleshooting suggestion from INSIGNIA'S website. Just a bad TV.

    it advertised as SET UP all the guys did was put the feet on the set DID NOT HOOK IT UP WITH SPECTRUM when I said if you will not SET IT UP TAKE IT BACK they left and I mean took off ! this is what Best Buy said was set up. DIDN'T KNOW THE TO HOOK IT UP TO SPECTRUM THAT IS WHY I ASKED FOR DELIEVER

    Purchased this tv over 2 months ago and it suddenly stopped working. The screen showed a green line, turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. Stop looking into fake reviews, I really wasted $75 on garbage.

    This is a very poor product and Best Buy (Insignia) does NOT stand behind their warranty. I will NEVER purchase from BEST BUY again. I purchased the TV on a Wednesday and it cracked over the weekend. Attempted to return the purchase and the manager or online customer would not accept the product. Lesson learned

    This TV was purchased for use at a lake cabin with no internet service whatsoever. We are still attempting to complete set up without internet.

    I bought 2 of these tvs for my daughters for Christmas and had to exchange one because the tv keeps messing up. And now this tv is doing the same thing, except worse!

    All of a sudden it got “frozen”. The screen just stuck with the staticky stripes and some staticky noise. At this point you cant do anything but unplug and plug it back in.
