I was not happy about that.

Terrible product and even worse service

They pulled up to my house got it out and then put it back in the truck and drove away. States it couldn’t be delivered and a refund would be issued. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund.

TV missing leg screw. Leg fell off. TV broke.

One leg fell off and it fell on the floor and smashed. Geek squad could not repair it. I bought the same TV yesterday and it had 4 screws to secure the legs. I called customer service (Keyona)? And was told I have to come into the store again and talk to the manager to be reimbursed

Poor TV, remoting pairing issues

Remote would turn on tv, adjust volume, got back and select, but would not go past the pair remote screen in the set up. TV was brand new and would not respond to any of the troubleshooting suggestion from INSIGNIA'S website. Just a bad TV.

Damaged tv

The screen showed a green line, turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. Stop looking into fake reviews, I really wasted $75 on garbage.

BUYER'S BEWARE!!!!

I will NEVER purchase from BEST BUY again. I purchased the TV on a Wednesday and it cracked over the weekend. Attempted to return the purchase and the manager or online customer would not accept the product. Lesson learned

It frozen's
