It arrived but I was busy and didn't get around to setting it up for two weeks. When I opened the box and put on the stand legs I noticed the screen was cracked, I had not even removed the cover film yet. I had purchased the extended 5 year warranty but was told by the sercice person on the phone that a cracked screen was not covered. So ok, I got it at a very good price because of the sale and I added the 5 year warranty so all together it was around $125, but I never even got to turn it on, Best Buy said there was nothing to be done for the cracked screen because I didn't return it within the 2 week time frame, I didn't know it was broken because I was busy for the 2 weeks. Very poor support, practically nothing.

However, not so with this one, plugged it in, set it up then watched about an hour, was perfect then next morning turned it on and within about hour it development a yellow line down the left side and has flicker and double image. Can't believe this happens. From what I have determined through website the panel has failed. Will be taking it back.
