I ordered a tv that was certified refurbished from Best Buy but it came with no legs and quit working a couple days later. I got the complete run around from agents over the phone and even sent overseas for this problem. Thankfully the store took it back and we got a different tv and a different brand!!

Earlier I bought Sharp Tv 32 » . It was impossible to get any channels onto Tv despite multiple attempts. Tech support was useless and finally I had to return the tv. I bought the insignia which I now have. It’s reception is disappointing.Lot of wasted time

Hi Satish.
By leaving us reviews like this we address each and every one of our customer's issues personally. My only suggestion available at the moment would be to check your antenna's coaxial cable and position. Most coaxial cables have a lifetime of 5 years. As it is pretty unlikely to have 2 different TV's present similar issues with reception. We are always here to help you and thanks for your comments and feedback.

I had to buy a new TV since my old Seiki from 2014 decided to give up on me. I went to Best Buy and saw there was an early black friday deal for this tv @ only $89.99. The display model had a rather blue tint to it and I think that's because the temperature mode might've been set to cool. So I inspected this TV for about 15 minutes and ultimately decided to purchase it. I felt the price was right and it would be the perfect replacement TV for my room where I use it mainly for gaming on my PS4 and watching tv/movies. I didn't want a TV with smart capabilities. I understand this TV is only $90. But it's 2018 and I can't believe 720p is still a thing. But yes, for the price your getting some serious value here. The feet stands are adequate and don't wobble, the picture is colorful and clear, and the sound produced is very nice and crisp, not tinny like most cheap TVs are. This TV definitely packs a little more punch thanks to the two 5W DTS speakers on the bottom, definitely way better than the speakers on my old Seiki. There was also another 32" TV on sale for an extra $10 more but it was a Sharp. And I know Hisense manufactures the some of the panels used in cheaper Sharp TV's so I didn't bother with it. Especially considering I read somewhere that Toshiba and LG manufacture panels for Insignia TVs. I do own another Insignia TV in my home that's still going strong after 6 years, so I didn't think twice before grabbing yet another TV from Insignia! Plus it's the latest 32" model from 2018. My first unit had to be returned due to a dead pixel issue (I'm very picky when it comes to that kind of stuff). But the replacement is flawless! Like I mentioned earlier, this TV from Insignia has great picture and sound and is definitely worth it for just under $100!

I was looking for an inexpensive tv to use as a monitor. I was hoping this would fit the bill, unfortunately it did not. Very cheap quality picture was not good and no functionality without the remote. I returned this tv.

I bought this for my grandmother who mainly watches cable TV on it. Whenever she powers off the TV and powers it back, the TV just flickers. She has to unplug the HDMI cable to fix the issue.

I would have given this a five-star review - until now, in 2020, when the speakers died. A television is useless without the speakers.
