The picture on this TV was beautiful...while it lasted. It started not turning on/off (with the power button, the Insignia remote, or a Comcast remote), then the picture went to black & grey stripes. You get what you pay for and I won’t be purchasing Insignia brand anything again!

Great for college students

The volumn is very poor for an average and/or larger size living room or den. I would purchase this TV for a college student or kids room. The picture isn't great but it'll do. All-in-all I'd recommend for a smaller apartment, dorm, or small bedroom.

disappointed by live chat help

While checking out Insignia 32" LED 720P TV on line , LIVE CHAT offers to answer product questions. Response to ," Does this TV have both a SLEEP TIMER feature and an ON TIMER feature ? was " YES " but the correct answer is " NO ". The TV itself is fine but having to purchase the unit and get it home only to find out that it's not what you asked for is extremely disappointing , especially when the wrong answer comes from the group that you would assume would have more exposure to the products they sell.

Good while it lasted

It was great at first. The volume level was great. The picture was great for a 720.
The problem was that after six months, the picture went out.
So if you're cool with a tv's screen only lasting six months, or if you only want to listen to a TV, buy this model.

Hello
I am sorry to read that you have experienced this issue with our 32" HDTV. It is truly unacceptable for a newly purchased device not to work so quickly, so I will will like to suggest to get in touch with us at: 877-467-4289 for any warranty needs you may need.

Had this TV for less than a year. Volume does not work well. When I turn up the volume to the max, it still sounds low. I don't think this was a problem in the beginning. This is a waste of money. Won't buy this brand again.

Great size for a kid

TV is very nice for a kid or kitchen area. The only issue is the 4 holes on the back of the TV, to put in the screws in to hang on the wall are very cheap and will fall into TV if screwed in too tight.

Terrible Quality

I’ve had this TV for less than 6 months and it is now shutting down on me. For example, the TV turns on and off repeatedly (about every 10 seconds). I have done absolutely nothing but sit the tv on my dresser and it began doing this out of the blue. I’ve tried removing the batteries from the remote, restarting the tv, etc. and the issue isn’t fixed. I should not be having these problems less than 6 months after purchase.

Poorly built TV

I bought this TV for my kids room while I have them. I bought the TV in April of 2018, and have my kids every other weekend. So the TV was getting used 4-6 days of the month. Last night my oldest son turned it on, and had sound but no picture. After doing a little more research and reading more reviews, I noticed that this is a known issue. I’d advise staying away from this TV in my honest opinion, and stick with LG or Samsung. You get what you pay for, and spend the extra $75.00 for a much better TV.

Poor Quality & Sound :(

I was first impressed by the cost of this TV. However, when I got the TV home, I was disappointed in the overall TV quality and sound. Rather than saying it's a total crap, I rather say, now I understand the different between a "SHARP TV" and non sharp TV. This is a non sharp TV with horrible audio that has a speak on one side that works. So, upset that I have to take this TV back. Not worth headache !I learn to, invest in a sharp TV. Thanks

Don't buy this product

The first one I bought was broken, wouldn't take a wifi connection, so I returned it. Bought another one. Worked for a couple of months, and started blacking out/losing the wifi connection. Nothing wrong with my wifi connection because other devices work fine.
This is a cheap product for a reason.
I won't purchase from Best Buy again.

No USB Video support

TV feels cheaper than other Insignia 32" TV's from previous years.
I wouldn't have bought this had I know that it doesn't support Video through USB. Pretty much all TV's that are 5 years old support this feature, why doesn't this TV? Can we have a firmware update, otherwise this TV is garbage to me.

Broke in less than a year

When it worked, it was great. But just short of a year, it went total white screen - we turn it on, blank screen. Doesn't respond to a remote, nothing. Research indicates it's likely a power supply problem. So, yeah. $100 for a one-year tv. :(

A TV should last more than 5 months

What a piece of crap.
It worked fine for 5 months. Now I can turn it on but it turns off in a few seconds.
Then it even turns itself on for a few seconds, then turns off.

I bought this TV to use as a monitor with HDMI. Both ports were unusable. Appears to be a problem with these Insignia TV's. Had to return.
