We purchased this TV to go into the master bedroom, where it would be used a few hours a day. It was easy to set up and has great picture and sound quality. We decided to wall mount the TV, as the stand that comes with the TV didn't seem extremely sturdy. However, for the price, this TV is a great buy and has met all of our expectations.

Honestly this TV has been great so far, definitely worth the $200 considering that others in this near 40 inch area are around $250+, you cant tell the difference between this and one with 1080p. Definitely would buy again.

Didn't work, local store didn't want to exchange. Best Buy 's own brand.

Bought this TV as refurbished. Paid $222 including the 5 year insurance. Great price for the pretty nice size TV. Watching dexter on Netflix right now actually. Great TV for watching your TV, nice picture and sound quality for what you're buying. BUT! and it's a big on for me. But I'm really bought this for video games. Big time lag on this model, even on "game mode". The TV just can't keep up the refresh rate just isn't up for video games. So if you're buying for Netflix and chill, go ahead, but if you're trying to pop some 9 year Olds on black ops, don't buy.

1st you can't beat the price, but you get what you paid for. Big TV,LED,decent sound, but very grainey. probably ok if your 15-20ft a way. no matter what adjustments I do still like shadows with slight blur. I know its a 720 but I've had 720's starting out before 1080's came out that were clear. Just wanted you to know so you don't return not liking it. It;s in my spare in-law suite so good enough for me.

Checked the TV out in best buy before I pulled trigger and yes you could definitely tell a difference in picture quality between this and the Samsung TVs next to it that were twice the price. But once I got it home I was pretty happy with the purchase. Using this as a bedroom TV. Sound is good for a flat panel. Only complaint is I wish it had a VGA port, assumed it did but not deal breaker.

Insignia knows how to make the best budget TVs. I got this model for 200 and some change and I'm quite happy replacing my 32" bravia in the living room. The thing about these name brands is that they add all these effects on their newer models that can't be turned off and make viewing the TV unenjoyable. Insignia just makes basic TVs that have great picture quality. I wish they had 120hz models.

This tv is pretty good for the money. I go back and forth on the idea of spending a little more to get a better picture though. This is good for an extra room, but I would't recommend for a living room.

I needed a tv for my bedroom to replace an old working 19in CRT. We only watch the weather in the morning for about 1/2 hour, and about 1/2 hour talk show before bed. Overall it's pretty good for the money. The only complaint I have is for the off angle viewing, it's pretty washed out. I do 1/2 hour of situps in the morning, so I'm about 30in lower, and 48in to the side. I have other flat sreens that are much better for off angle viewing.

This is just an awesome TV for the money. I put it side by side with my LG 42" 1080p and the picture is every bit as good. Sound is just fine. For under $200 you can't go wrong.

This is only my second flat screen TV purchase so I'm not an expert but I was kinda know hesitant about buying an open box TV. But I took the chance && this TV is worth every penny that I spent on it looks beautiful in my studio apartment and I will be purchasing another one for my living room, thank you best buy!!

I've only had the set for a few days, but so far I'm really impressed. The picture and sound are comparable to models costing many times more. The tv menu is also very user friendly. This is only a secondary tv so it won't get a great deal of use . If I do end up having trouble down the line I'll update my revue.

Good quality. I have several flat panel TVs including LG, Samsung, Sharp, and Insignia. This has AT LEAST as good of a picture as those for cable tv and 720p gaming. A small difference can be seen with very high definition blu-rays. Overall, very good for the price!

For the price and size, this is a great family TV. If you aren't interested in refresh rates and ultra high HD that you honestly can notice unless you look for it. Then this is the TV for you, looks great, I've played few blurays on it and they look fantastic and the built in speakers are really good,

Got this when it was on sale for 199. It's a good tv for the price. The sound is better than expected and so is the picture quality as it is 720.

Nice TV With Easy Installation Functionality. Picture Quality, Sound Quality too is Good. A great Buy if you are looking for TV for your BED Room. I got it last week when there was a Deal of the Day for 179$.

I am a broke college student and I was looking for a good deal and I got it. This TV was 179.00 when I got it. I have complaints great picture and sound overall great price for a great TV.

This TV costs less then name brand of the same size and yet has just as good of a picture, in fact it's picture is better then my Magnox LCD TV
