    Based on what you're looking and willing to spend budget wise for a 39" the is doable. Of course the 720p depending on what image quality you want to have playing a play on a gaming console and/or watching movies ect. Well let's say is generally a no brainier 720p compared to a 1080p monitor though. Person preferences I guess.

    Good for small room. If you stand to close the pixilation is very noticeable. When you step back or view from a normal distance looks good. Not recommended for gamers but good for that extra room. Sound is more than acceptable for a smaller room, 15x20 +/-.
