Returned the product and waited a week for it to be delivered again the product works good and haven't encountered any problems.

Really Best Buy?!?!

We ended up returning it and had another one sent out. Second refrigerator ended up being damaged as well. I don't care if it's a dent or a scratch! When I paid for this product, I paid it to the last cent. I expect a decent product! Best Buy really needs to get it together!

But it looks much better in the photos than in real life. It looks like plastic and very cheap, not what we were hoping for. Keeps our stuff cold, so, yay! The accessories in the door kinda suck. But it's for a small office and it's just another thing I'll have to clean cause no one else will....maybe that is what's affecting my review ;)
