Great product, but damaged

I noticed a lot of reviews said the refrigerator came with dents or damaged & IT DOES! Since it was a gift, I did not know it was damaged until my behalf opened it on his birthday (pretty embarrassing). The back of the fridge had a pretty large dent. I gave it a 3 star rating only because the product arrived damaged, otherwise it's a great product, functions well & keeps foods/drinks very cold!! Would've been 5 stars if it wasn't damaged.

Bad support from the company

The manufacturer is has ignored my request for a replacement for the past month. It also easily gets condensation that then freezes on the back wall.

Wished both Sections worked correctly

But ....Freezer would freeze like rather quickly yet the Regular compartment would never get cold....only gets to around 60degrees. Even after 3 days.....But BestBuy gave me a no hassle refund. Wished it worked cause I liked it. I heard this unit is a toss up of your luck of getting one that works the first time and is also sold under a different brand at Home Depot.
