Love this refrigerator! Perfect size. By far the best mini I've owned!

Could be more shelf friendly. Placement of shelves is not user friendly

The only thing is the holders in the door do not allow for any taller beverage than standard can and the shelves railing could be higher in door or sometimes a condiment container falls out when shutting -very roomy and the price was great!

Refrigerator fits the limited space, but operates extremely well.

I ordered online this refrigerator for a friend of mine. Who is having a complicated pregnancy and cannot walk up and down steps. I live in Pittsburgh PA and she lives in Middletown Delaware. I had somebody carry it up the steps to her bedroom. Cost $20 there was no outer damage or package damaged but when open open there was all kind of dents in the front and back. How embarrassing I call Best Buy they told me that I would have to package it backup and have it ready for UPS to pick up. That would cost me another $20 to get someone to carry down the steps and package it backup. Plus I did not want my friend to be stressed out. BB gave me another choice. 10% off.really. thats $15. The frig is on sale for $10 less today. I asked to speak to a manger and was told she is to busy. This was the worst customer service I ever got.

This is great and is helping a lot. Not noisy is so guiet.

I got this fridge because the freezer was separated, so I was hoping to use the fridge part to keep temperature sensitive items. The back of the fridge started creating frost 2 weeks into it. Returned it to Best Buy.

It's the perfect size for the small space in my office.

This fridge is perfect for my son's dorm room. We ordered on-line and picked it up at the store, No dents and dings, works perfectly. Love the "separate" mini freezer. We had to change the door to open in the opposite direction. Those instructions could have been a little clearer, but all is good and "the boy" is happy!

This may or may not have been a GREAT refrigerator. I ordered it on BestBuy.com and had it delivered to my home twice via UPS. First time it came damaged and Best Buy sent a replacement. Problem was BestBuy set it up to be signed for and since my husband and I both work no one was there. Then when we finally received the replacement refrigerator it was damaged worse than he first one. Needless to say, I returned it for a refund!!! Also, the lack of communication with the customer service department is horrible and you can't ever get to someone who speaks or understands english!!!!! Never did use the product so I can't give a review on how it works or doesn't work!!! Sorry, but this was EXTREMELY frustrating!!!!!!

Sorry, very first, unsatisfied review. I purchased my first open box, excellent condition, with supposedly all contents including manual..... Refrigerator itself was fine - but upon opening it was a completely different experience. Crisper was cracked everywhere, no ice cube tray or manual to be found! Called the number indicated and got nowhere. They said the crisper was out of stock and I needed to take the whole refrigerator back to Best Buy and reorder! I had the refrigerator shipped so I wouldn't have to carry it!! Dah!! Needless to say, I'm stuck with a refrigerator with no crisper, ice cube tray or manual..... Best Buy and Insignia were of no help! Honestly, worst service I have ever experienced!!

This has been a great fridge to keep in the garage. I have had it for 3 months and it keeps items nice and cold. It does tend to ice-up a bit, but that is because it is in a garage in Miami Beach. A light scrapping once a month takes care of the light build-up.

Bought this for my mother in law to store overflow foods that wont fit in her full size fridge. She absolutely loves it. It has an actual freezer unlike most minis that have just a "cooler area" then the rest of the fridge. Great price too.

We received the fridge on time. At first we though there might have been some minor scratches but upon further review, we realized there was a plastic wrap on the outside. Once removed it looked fantastic. We really love it. We have only had it a couple of months, and it's been fantastic so far.

A great compact yet spacey refrigerator. Great interior design. My second attempt to purchase this type of item and both times they were damaged in shipping. Could not wait any longer so I kept this one. Aside from the shattered crisper drawer this is an excellent item.
