This was the 3rd time purchasing this. Each one has arrived damaged and the box torn up. Produce basket cracked.

I had not read the initial reviews. Arrived with dents in the freezer, missing freezer shelf and cracked produce bin. Makes loud intermittent noise.

Our SECOND purchase after having purchased the same fridge last year for our upstairs apartment! This is an amazing bargain when on sale! And it is really a great size fridge for two people. The freezer is a frostless set-up (nothing inside that ices up and eventually needs to be defrosted) which is a huge plus! The fridge has ample storage for a weeks worth of groceries. Highly recommend! Oh, we bought a second one to add to a downstairs room in our house that we rent out. The tenant LOVES it! Arrived quickly and we had NO ISSUES at all with any dents or damage. The unit is well packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

for start the fridge is now repackaged by insignia...more secured more protection in box..absalutely no nicks dents marks on it anywere...works very well this fridge was perfect for me i have a one door 31 inch tall 4.5 cubic feet ..so adding this actualy 45 inch tall two door seperate freezer '4.3 cubic feet....is big plus much more freezer space .. frig space is that of whole 31 inch tall fridge period...oh gets cold to

Don't waste your money has been over a month and still waiting for a replacement and dealing with the manager is frustrating cause he doesn't call back

Very quiet, 1 to 7 coldness control, I keep it at 4, any higher will freeze your food in the fridge area, and of course the freezer works very well it will freeze fast. lots of room, I love that it has 2 doors separating fridge and freezer. I recommend store pick up to avoid dents. slick looking I chose the stainless steel finish.

Despite other reviews: no dents, no scratches, no problems. Delivered to my house by UPS in 2 days. Works great. Bought it on a great sale. Ample separate freezer compartment. I like it better than the 3 cuft ones ... but it is taller ... essentially a shrunken full sized fridge. Doesn't get better than this.

I purchased this refrigerator to place in my classroom. I was skeptical at first due to the negative reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. It was packaged well. Upon inspection, there was NO damage. When I initially plugged the refrigerator in, it operated flawlessly. Both the freezer and refrigerator cooled quickly. There is more than enough room for my canned beverages, a 2-liter bottle of soda, and a quart of milk. I placed several bottles of water on one of the shelves. In addition, I placed a loaf of bread and had plenty of room to spare. The freezer was able to accommodate the ice tray in addition to several packages of frozen waffles. I have more than enough space to place several more boxes of frozen dinners and possibly a 1/2 gallon of ice cream. I would highly recommend this refrigerator. When I purchased it, it was on sale. I could have bought a SMALLER refrigerator for the same price, but I opted to buy this larger one. I bought the extended warranty just in case I have any mechanical issues with the product.

not worth the money, broken parts and dented shell.

The fridge is perfect for a secondary unit. Fit nicely in our garage and holds a lot for its size. Freezer was bigger than I expected. The only downside so far is it came with a large dent on the side. Appears to be just cosmetic but you hate to pay for something that comes with pretty extensive cosmetic damage.

Even with all the comments about the unit being damaged when they received it I decided to take a chance. Received it with no damage at all. It is a really nice unit. I put it in my office and it is very quiet. Keeps everything really cold. I have had it for a month now and no problems.

I looked at the reviews before buying and they were right... this product is for a good price so i wanted to try it out and buy it. But it came in dented so im kind of disappointed and annoyed I have to return it. Not sure if im going to exchange or just return because another one will probably come in dented anyways. so if you do plan on ordering this product take a good look at it when it comes in.

Great mini-fridge for a great price. Wasn't sure about an Insignia brand fridge, but it far exceeded expectations. We now have two, one for son in college and one in the theater room. This size actually has room in the freezer for pizza's, ice cream, etc. Don't buy one of those cube fridge's, spend $50 more and have a real functional appliance.

I'm glad I took my chances on this refrigerator. After reading the reviews, I was skeptical but I figured I could return it. The refrigerator is larger than a typical compact frig. It's quite large and it handles a lot of food. The freezer is separate and a great size. Ours arrived in great shape with no dent problems. We are very happy with this refrigerator!!

This has just the right amount of space in both compartments and has been very reliable.

I got this fridge during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and it works excellent. It serves its purpose.

The fridge seems to be cooling and freezing however it keeps making a high pitched noise when it runs. I am probably going to try to return it for another one. There is also some condensation in the back of the fridge.

Best Buy sells this during Back To School season. They remove the listing until the next Back to School season, so you don't see the previous reviews on this item. I checked the reviews and saw a lot of people complaining about dents. I took a chance and ordered one anyways shipped. Box came in good shape with no damage, so I thought I'd be ok. Opened it up and there was a golf-ball sized dent on one side and a long crease and scratches on the other side. Concluded as other reviewers did last year that the damage was at the factory before shipping (i.e. shoddy quality control). Trying to return the unit was a pain because it was too big to fit in my car and repackaging it for UPS would require the plastic straps or something of equivalent strength to hold it together (shipping tape won't cut it). If you don't mind cosmetic issues though (dents usually on the sides), it appears to work well and when on sale, an excellent value for the size.

like a lot of reviewers have already stated, mine came delivered with a BIG DENT on the front door, bent corners and a CRACKED produce bin. Functionality is good though. the back wall is sweaty but the fridge is cold and the freezer is frozen. I hope this thing lasts longer than my last Best Buy fridge purchase which lasted just a month longer than the 1-year warranty did. This time around, I purchased the 4-year warranty.

We had been looking for a mini fridge that was big enough to hold our weekly groceries, but small enough to reside in the garage without having issues moving it around or it sticking out too far. This one was the perfect fit. The size of the fridge and freezer are perfect for whatever situation you are in. Whether it's a dorm room, a patio, a garage i,t's small enough but big enough as well, and that's what sold us.
