Honestly was not happy with the whole process #1 I ordered from Amazon but it was shipped from Best Buy #2 the original delivery date was push back “real inconvenience had to pay a neighbor to get my tv from outside because I was at work when delivered when the original delivery date was perfect btw #3 the tv did not work at all had to pay uber to take the tv back to the store for service it was not a good service the whole process was disappointing

Showed up a few days before going on vacation and couldn’t give attention to it for a week after we returned because I work full time and I’m a mom. Took it out of the box and there’s a huge hole in the bottom corner and Best Buy won’t replace it because it was past the 15 day warranty. BTW, the 15 day warranty starts the day you buy it, not once you have it in your possession. I’ll change my review when I can actually plug it in and review the product

Product worked for about 2 weeks before it was unable to connect to WiFi. Sent it out to get it repaired, worked for 1 day and is broken again. The tv is completely useless if it can’t connect to WiFi. Also don’t factory reset it if u want your remote to connect because it will also stop working.

Sound barely works half the time. Will start up tv, sound will not work. Turning on and off will not make sound work. You have to physically go into the tv settings, and go to restart tv to make the sound work. Pretty awful for just buying it.

Automatically goes to sleep after a few minutes of inactivity. if you look it up people have issues with this and theres no simple fix in settings mode for it. Tried calling support but theres no way to resolve it.

Replaceing an aged TV that started losing audio sync, where i was actually just hosting a Fire Stick with this TV was a no brainer. I had a bit of an argument with the initial setup, caused by a flakey Cox connection, and very few indications as to the root cause was a challenge. I actually had to force a factory restore to get back on track, but once there was a good Internet connection the setup was a breeze. The screen is clear and bright, the sound is good, set at 40% it's loud and clear without the distortion that the Vizio and the Sony sound system were introducing, it's an excellent fit for us, and at a fraction of the price of other brands.
