Great rolling toolchest

I've been looking for a rolling tool chest and cabinet for a while now. I've been to all the big box stores and compared features. Then I saw this one here on Best Buy and decided to take a chance with it.
The upper and lower arrived nicely packed in separate boxes which I was able to unpack without damaging anything. I found the upper and lower cabinets to be in perfect shape. The instructions for assembly were clear and all the parts were there. I put the wheels on the lower cabinet and the handle on the side quickly and easily. I had to ask my wife for help to put the upper on the cabinet but that was all the help I needed.
The description of this lower and upper chest is kinda lacking. I found that the drawers are ball bearing and soft close. There are liners for every drawer. The drawer actions are smooth. There is a gas shock on the top lid and it closes safely and slowly. The thickness of the metal used in construction seems to be adequate but I don't have much to compare it to. The metal finish seems durable as it is not really painted but more of a hard to scratch coating has been applied.
The only issue I've had is that the wheel locks on the swivel cambers don't really lock. I will look at them more closely and see if I can fiddle with the mechanism to make it work better.
For the money, this is a great chest.
