Does not look quite like the picture. The stainless steel is not as shiny.

Great value. Nice appearance but too many shelves.

I purchased this because it looked great and the features seemed great. Dual zone, two doors, and temp was anywhere between 37 to 61.....great range! I got it home and unboxed it. It was in excellent condition. After setting it all up, I set the left side to 37 degress for beverages and the right side to 54 degrees for wine. The left side never got below 41 degrees. The right side never got below 58 degrees. Two weeks into it, I got a beverage from the left side. When I opened the door, I smelled the odor of burnt plastic. The cans also smelled the same. Then I noticed the right side zone was not cool at all and the wine inside was pretty much room temp. I tried unplugging the fridge and let it sit for 5 minutes, then I plugged it back in to reset it. Two days later, the right side still would not get cool and the left side would not get below 41 degrees. I returned it and opted to purchase a completely different product. After reading more reviews on this product, it seemed like too many people were experiencing failures. I would not recommend this product

We have been looking for a beverage refrigerator for our coffee bar. We have been looking for a couple of years & just couldn’t find what we wanted. This refrigerator is perfect! We use for coffee condiments, iced coffee & beverages.

Not the best makes a lot noise and very heavy to move

The service was not good my wine cooler came with a dent couldn’t get any help on a new one had to settle on this one because they gave me 25 percent off had to settle for that didn’t won’t to be had to

This unit was very loud looked nice but you could hear it a room away

Purchased this wine cooler along with many other kitchen appliances from Best Buy. Since the first time we turned it on this wine cooler has been malfunctioning, it’s either one side cools a little and the other didn’t and vice versa. A couple months pass by and the fridge motor is running non-stop but the fans won’t rotate and the cooling has completely stopped on both sides. Spoke with Geek Squad twice and they both said that I should contact the store and that I that they should replace this wine cooler for me. I called the actual store that I purchased from and they gave me another number to call which was Best Buy’s customer service and they couldn’t help me either and gave me once again another number to call. I’m highly disappointed and dissatisfied with Best Buy since I did purchase all my major appliances with them and much more. Now I have a remodeled kitchen with a wine cooler that is sitting there not working at all!

This has been a great space saver for fridge. I keep cold soda, beer, Gatorade and wine chilled. I am able to have more space in my side by side fridge by storing all beverages in my new dual zone beverage fridge. Cools great and runs quite.

Oh boy, I came to write a review and saw everyone having the same issue I now have. Within 4 months of having this unit, the left side is not working. I am currently on with Best Buy who is giving me a run-around. It is well under a year and I can not just return it! I can smell the trouble this will be. Just run....do not purchase it. It is the pretty red apple in the garden of eve. Run.

Look great but not enough room for all types of wine if you keep the wooden shelves in place. Very noisy compressor.

We have both sides set to the lowest setting (37 °), but internal temperature won't go below 42°. Also, if you put in drinks that are warm, it could take a full day to cool everything down. I've been putting everything in our main fridge to cool them down first, then transfer to our mini-fridge. Pretty blue light though!

Bought this for our new basement bar area. I chose this one because it has two doors (one for us, one for the kids) and locks (perfect for the adult side). Looks great and keeps stuff cold.

Stopped working after two years. Turns out there was a leak in the line that can’t be repaired. Tried to contact Insigna and could not get ahold of anyone. The product is sturdy and is appealing to the eye but don’t waste your time or money. Currently looking for a replacement wine fridge.

Great having two zones for cooling. Have to keep fridge pulled out from cabinet to get doors fully open. If you don't plan to pull the shelves out then the fridge can sit flush with cabinets

Great wine fridge. It’s Quiet, I occasionally hear it shut on and off but only when I’m standing next to it. Removed the wood racks from one side so I can store white claws and other canned drinks.

Unit looks very nice and interior blue lights are a nice touch; dual zones cool very well; and child safe locking mechanism is great. However, the refreshment center is very loud and I would not purchase the unit again for interior use. It may be a nice piece for an outside kitchen where noise may not be an issue.

I needed a fridge for all the varieties of pop, water and white claws so that it doesn’t take up space in the main fridge. It fits right next to couch. The French doors make it look so classy!
