Waste of money!!! purchased end of 2021 and fridge no longer keeps items cold. Terrible warranty. Product was well maintained in home, but quality obviously an issue.

Only the right side of the cooler works properly. The left zone is not working at all.

No other beverage cooler of this size had double zone cooling. And it cools to a lower temperature than other options. It is meeting our need perfectly for a below-counter beverage cooler

So far we are loving this mini fridge! I absolutely love the way it looks with two separate doors not to mention the functionality of being able to have a wine fridge on one side and a beer fridge on the other!

After looking at this wine fridge for a year I finally decided to order, and WOW am I glad that I did. It is exactly what I was looking for. Works and looks great

Nice finish. Great that they vent out of the front so they can be mounted under the cabinet. We took the wooden inserts out to fit more bottles in.

On day 28 of ownership and will probably return today before I hit the 30 day max. Left side works great but right side will not get nearly as cold. Fan does not kick on for the right side nearly as often or run nearly as long. Can't figure it out and will probably just exchange it. If the left worked like the right...I'd be very happy with this thing it's a nice item.

Bought this as a beverage center to keep craft beer at serving temperature. The dual zone fails to keep both sides cold. If one side is cold the other side gets warm regardless of the temperature setting. Many expensive beers went through multiple cold/warm cycles which is very bad for them. Best Buy was great about sending a replacement unot, however after one day, it displayed the same issue. This is t the case of a bad unit, but a low quality product. Avoid purchasing.

Had it for about 2 months. No issues with. Wine is kept cool as expected. The cooler is so quiet that we ignore it is there. Nice lightning in the dark. Like it very much,

It looks good, it hold different size wine bottles. Love it so far! Had about 3 months now.

Bought it today- returning it tomorrow. The loudest appliance I have ever owned. It looks great, but you can’t judge a book by its cover. Not to mention the shelves are not evenly separated/spaced, so it doesn’t hold the correct amount of standard wine bottles.

Great dual cooling and plenty of racks space. The only issue is the wire racks which we bought plastic at Jo Ann fabric and lined them and now cans and bottle sit straight.

I have had 3 of these units, all of which have quit working within 6 mos to a year. I purchased the first unit and a protection plan. When it failed, I assumed it was just a lemon and redeemed the plan to get a new unit. I then had to repurchase a protection plan to cover the new unit. Fast forward 6 months and same thing happened. Again I got it replaced, but had to purchase a new protection plan. 8 months later here I am foor the third time with a unit that does not cool. I'll just get my money back this time, but heads up that this is not a quality unit and better off to spend your money on a different brand.

Very happy with this. You can interchange metal and wood shelves to achieve the right balance of drink storage for you. Delivery went great too.

Fridge worked for about 3 weeks, then stopped cooling on the right side. A few days later the the left side went out. The unit is also very loud. Returned for a store credit since you only have 2 weeks to return for refund.

I purchased this in October 2020. The refrigerator does not go lower than 59 degrees. I purchased the protection plan, so I called to have it repaired. I called the geek squad and it was not helpful, was told only to call the store due to not making repairs. This item isn’t repairable and would only be replaced. I called a store and no one would answered due to the automated calling hub not going to anyone. I went to the store and was advised to call the geek squad number again. I proceeded to get a manager for assistance. Overall it took an hour to get another refrigerator ordered for an in home exchange. I would strongly recommend purchasing a better wine refrigerator. Other reviews mention the same problem with the cooling issue.

this has been one of my most favorite purchases! I would have liked different shelving than both of the ones available but regardless I love it.

Unit is perfect for my application, basement bar. The visual with the blue lights is a nice touch. Fairly quiet, all in all nice purchase

I love this wine refrigerator. I like the dual temperature sides. Only negative is some shelves are too tight to get bottle of wine on them.

1 month so far so good ... only chills to 37. wish it was closer to 30. Looks great ... all my visitors compliment it.
