We replaced an old "dorm" fridge (we're talking ancient) with this piece of equipment and we couldn't be happier. We did get it "open box" as it had been returned due to scratches on the top but it sits nestled in our cabinetry so you can't see them at all. Due to this we did receive a deep discount, even better!! We've had it for almost two month and my husband loves it. You can have different temps on either side and arrange the shelves however you want. And the lighting is really cool. We highly recommend this product to anyone.

Good fridge. Nice shelves, easy to organize the contents. My only gripe is that the lock is a complete joke. I pull, it stutters for a short second then it pops open. Bad design. The piece that rotates down into the lock catch is simply too small.

So far, this has been a great purchase for us. Dual zone working well, but doesn’t get colder than 50 on the left side. Just had to move reds there to accommodate. Can be loud, but not more than other wine fridges.

This is a really great wine cooler with front ventilation and dual temperature control settings. The lights inside add a nice touch, and the stainless steel matches really well with our other kitchen appliances.

Very impressed by the look and sturdiness of fridge. Not impressed by the noises it makes when running! Sometimes sounds like a whale, at times like a cat stuck in a closet... at night when everything is quiet in my house and the fridge comes on my pets look at it like another animal will escape from it and attack them! Lesson learned - next time will do way more research before buying!

This is my first ever wine cooler. I spent lots of time researching how to pick the right one. I finally ended up with this item and my only complaint is that it is loud. I have it placed near the livening room in my wetbar so the noise is distracting. The motor is louder than any kitchen appliance I have ever owned. I don’t know if something is wrong or not. Also the temperature buttons do not always work and there is moisture buildup on the inside of the door. I would not choose this model in the future.

Love this wine fridge. Dual-zone with wood or metal racks, has locks, and super easy to set up. Keeps the perfect temp and looks amazing in my Kitchen. Highly recommend!

I started the purchase process by ordering an open box unit. Fortunately, I went in to the store to pick it up. When I saw the unit it had significant damage. It looked like it had been rolled down a hill and many parts were missing so I decided to buy a new unit and have it delivered. When the new unit arrived it was still in the box. Fortunately, the delivery men unboxed it on the truck. We immediately saw some damage, a dent in the side and one of the front adjustable feet fell off. They noted the damage but I decided to take delivery anyway as they said these units always had some damage and that BB would make an adjustment for the damage. I received a $100 gift card for the damage so I decided to keep the unit. We have had the unit for 3 weeks now and it seems to be working well. I was able to repair the adjustable foot with $4.00 in parts and since it is mounted under counter the dent does not show. It took about 72 hours for the temperature to stabilize after we filled it about 2/3 full of wine. The racks are closely spaced so fat bottles do not fit well. It does seem to keep the temp within advertised range when checked with digital thermometer. We like the side by side arrangement and the ability to adjust full temp ranges on both sides. We also like that we can put wine on both sides or have metal racks for canned drinks if we wanted although now we are using it for red and white wines. It is a good value for the money and the features offered. It seems quiet enough although ours sits on laminate planks on concrete basement floor under a cabinet. Based on other reviews I put felt furniture pads on the back feet which are just metal and under front adjustable feet mainly to protect the floor but I think it helped reduce the noise. Once it had cooled down after 72 hours it does not run that much and when it does it is not that loud. It does make some gurgling sounds sometimes after the compressor stops but we don’t notice it when we are watching TV in the same room. Overall I would recommend the unit but inspect carefully and consider buying the long term warranty as these type units all seem to have issues.

The side by side dual zones are wonderful. Very quiet.Pros: 1. Looks great. 2. Wine was cold - hit 40 degrees 3. Blue lights were nice addition

Just a little more noise than our quietest appliance and hence 4 stars, but still very quiet. Love the blue light and it keeps everything very nicely chilled.

This wine and beverage cooler is just the size that we need. It replaced an area where a dishwasher was under my cabinets. The cooler allows me to set red wine at one temperature and white wine at another. It also cools sodas that fit right in. A very nice cooler.

We've had the cooler for over a year and so far, so good. It does make a low pitch hum noise which can sometimes throw you off at night if you forget what it is. I'm also not happy with the shelves that are included. While the shelves, particularly the wood inserts, work great for wine bottles, they are terrible for cans. Cans constantly fall over so now I'm having to search for a good insert shelf that works for cans.

Great wine cooler. Love the design. Lighting is sleek. Temp so far is staying at a constant 45*. Wine is perfectly chilled.

We looked at quite a few units and read the reviews here and, even though some of the reviews were mixed, we decided to buy. I'm glad that we did. It's built better than some reviews seem to indicate. It looks really good and holds exactly what we want. The one negative is (as others said) it's a little loud. Not all the time but it can be loud at times. Overall, it's a good value. Even better if it can be in a location that's more remote.

Great- Fits lots of Bottles, Pretty- it makes some noises. not totally silent

Needed a larger wine fridge and went to the store to actually get another one. Saw the display on the shelf and liked this one more. Love the double doors! Only negative thing I found is that even though you can fit the bottles it is tight. Have to be very careful when taking out a bottle. A bit noisy but that's expected from an appliance that size. I am happy with my purchase.

Cooler was perfect addition to our new island. The dual zones was the selling point for me so that we can have wine in one side and beer/soda in the other. Eliminates the counter top wine fridge too. Some other reviews have commented on the noise but I have not really noticed it. I would recommend this product.

Works well as expected, looks good in a space we had just the right size. Just very big and heavy to transport and get into the house and at first we got a broken one that had to be returned/replaced so had to carry and transport twice! Apparently they don't make this model anymore either, so finding another store with a replacement in stock was challenging.
