Was open-box purchased. The salesperson had to look for a remote. He found an Insignia to match tv. Connected tv last night in my new home and remote didn't work. The value stars below are low because can't see pictures yet

Bought it as a gift. I’m told sometimes is shuts off for no reason but comes back on. Perhaps it’s just refreshing but super annoying. Other than that no complaints.
