I purchased this TV, and had to purchase a new HDMI high speed TV cable in order to get a a great picture quality. This TV hasn't given me any trouble: decent picture, decent sound. Pro: low cost TV, larger size. Con: the stand it comes with is rather cheap and can wobble without much force.

Wasnt what I ordered originally, but the Store Manager made it worth the headache I endured from an online order. Was the same brand TV just got a different size due to out of stock. Perfect TV for a kid. But most importantly if your nice to management and not rude they will go above and beyond to make it right. Good job Store Manager.

Nice picture, good sound, and easy setup. We didn't need a lot of high tech to hook into, so for the money, you can't beat it.

I've bought insignia tvs before. They are easy to set up, clean design, and the picture quality is excellent.

This fits our budget and a deal for a big flat screen tv, so lightweight and has great picture quality.

I went shopping for a new TV and was originally looking at an LG. However, the Insignia price point was excellent and the size fit exactly into my entertainment center. I knew Insignia was becoming a better brand backed by Best Buy so I took a chance. The TV has great sounds and 3 HDMI ports which was different than the LG which had 2. The resolution is not as Sharp as the LG, but it still looks good.

Works well. Great picture. Easy to operate. Highly recommended.

This TV has been great. I first went into a Best Buy store to get educated on TVs, and learned a lot from the sales consultant. He was pushing me to buy a higher end TV with all the bells and whistles like Smart technology, etc. But I already have Chromecast and Roku devices so I didn't need built in smart functionality. I ended up buying the Insignia as an opened box item that was certified by Best Buy as being equal to new. We saved hundreds of dollars by just getting this unit...no need to drop $700 or $1,000 on a name brand 43". Best Buy brand is fine. Definitely recommend. The picture is clear and audio is good too.

I was looking for an inexpensive tv to tie me over for a couple of years until I upgrade to 4K. For the price I got a fine tv. Setup was easy, but I did have a problem with the audio setup. Sent a text to insignia support and they responded the next day with instructions. Worked fine. All in all, very pleased.
