I had a travel to Chile and I could charge my iphone and my apple watch with no need of any adapter or converser, didn’t have any problem with the voltage. Definitely I recommend it for the price is a perfect product.

It does the super fast charging very well. I didn't try charging two devices since I wasn't to use the fast charge capability and it says it can only support that one device at a time.
