We ordered a GE model 6 months ago from H-Depo which never showed up and the back order kept getting pushed back so Best Buy had this Insignia in stock and we jumped on it. Was delivered in 6 days and works great. We have other Insignia products and never had a problem with any and still have them 8 years later.

Purchased this deep freezer it is awesome. Just what i need and yes it is freezing my food items properly. Freezer in house was going out this was delivered right on time. Its so nice.

I got this freezer for extra storage in my garage. I mainly use it to keep ice cream and other frozen goodies hidden from my daughter and her sweet tooth! Got it on sale so it was a no brainer, it has been working great for me and survived a move recently.

We bought this freezer because we needed more freezer space. It lives in our garage and I never hear any complaints from it about how it gets really hot out there. We like our freezer very much, might buy another one just so it can have a friend.

This is exactly what we were looking for and the price was excellent. This freezer may look small, but it can hold just as many items as our regular freezer. It’s great for storing meat and items that don’t fit comfortably in the other freezer. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent! I wanted a black deep freezer, so initially, I purchased one from another retailer and it was a dud out of the box. I knew that I should have purchased from Best Buy from the beginning. So, I returned the dud and purchased this deep freezer. It works perfectly!

Great does what its supposed to do. Keeps a lot of food cold

Love the freezer. It is compact and fits in any small corner. It is perfect for our needs. It would fill up quickly though for a larger than 3-4 person family. Had the same a few years ago. Gave it to another family member and got myself a new one.

I bought this freezer to handle the over flow from the refrigerator during the spring/summer months. Has worked perfectly fine. With my rewards, I managed to buy it for under $100. I am completely satisfied with my purchase!

Freezer works amazing just like everything i buy from best buy.

Lots more room than expected out of a 5 cubic foot freezer. Not fancy but is doing the job so far. Only have had it a month so far so good

So far no complain,still working will we see in summer time

We bought this freezer obviously to be used for storage during the Covid scare. Best Buy delivered it on the agreed time, we set it up in our garage and filled it up with essential foods. So far, it's running smoothly and it gives us peace of mind that we have back up food that won't be spoiled when necessities arise.

Cool little chest freezer, helped me a lot for that extra space needed

This freezer is the perfect size for our one car garage. It surprisingly had a lot more space than I thought it would. Quick and simple setup and comes with an ice scraper - we haven’t had any ice build-up yet. (Does not have auto-defrost feature.)

Purchased one and it came soooo damaged! completely dented. called Best Buy and they sent a new one. I have had the new one for 2 years and has been a great freezer. deducted 2 stars for the huge inconvenience from Best Buy - not the product.

The deep freezer worked great out of the box. It was easy to set up and got cold within a couple of hours. I'm glad I purchased it.

This freezer is perfect for small spaces..it was just what we needed for the small area. It holds a good amount of frozen food.
