Great little freezer, the best price anywhere for a freezer this size with the features it has such as the interior light and handle in the top door. No other freezer sold that I could find had these two features at any price. Very pleased with my purchase. And it works fantastic.

This is exactly what we were looking for at the right price. no complaints.

I love love love this freezer! It’s perfect for my space and family size. The price was just right! all I had to do to set it up was level it to my basement floor!

Works great so far, just wish it was a little harder to turn the dial for the temperature so little kids cant turn it down on you

This is really a nice product. I have limited space and a small main fridge/freezer that doesn't allow me to buy anything in quantity. This allows me to buy at the clubs again and save money. The freezer is very cold, runs very quietly.

We were looking for a small freezer that would not take up a lot of space yet give us more storage. This was fit the bill perfectly. Easy set up and we started using it right away. Very happy with purchase.

This freezer works great. I put it in my garage (late winter/spring), and it has been running without issue. However, I have not had it through more extreme temperatures yet. It is the appropriate size for a family of 2 that likes to buy meat on sale to freeze for later use.

The product is great so far. Able to pack so much stuff in it and free up my refrigerator freezer. I’m glad it was light weight for me to take out the box and get it ready for service.

Open box purchase, so far so good. Saw no issues with this item. Had to get freezer before Thanksgiving.

During this pandemic we wanted to expand our options and not venture out to food shop if we didn’t have to, so I thought a decent size freezer would be a good choice. This 5.0 cubic ft. freezer is perfect for us, and the price point is fantastic. We ordered one from home depot and it came delivered with dents and a rip inside the freezer panel. So I returned it immediately. Thank goodness we found this one, it was cheaper and I we were able to pick it up curbside without any damage. Thumbs up for Best Buy!

This little upright freezer, may be small, but it is mighty. We were going to order one, just before the pandemic apocalypse happened and didn't. What a mistake, it took more than a month of endless searching and page reloading before stock finally showed available. Was able to score this little 5. Cu ft chest freezer, and it was delivered within a week (had to finagle with delivery dept as they cancelled my curbside delivery and then moved it out a month - this was changed back to 4 days after a curt but polite talk) This freezer - freezes solid. My ice cream and veggies are frozen solid whether or not they are at the top, or bottom areas in the freezer. The LED power light is handy to make sure the unit is on. A perk is the interior light, makes it easier than trying to balance a flashlight and poke around inside.

Perfect size for my garage and it keeps the food adequately frozen. The price isn’t too bad either.

Happy to buy this item with its price and so far its working very well. Only thing that i can comment is the those small chips on the paints l as well as the bulge/ dent on the vent cover.Overall quite satisfied!!! Well recommend to friends if the price goes back on sale!!!

the chest freezer is nice. the first one was delivered with a dent on top and in front. the delivery crew were awesome. they took care delivering all the products that I had ordered. the new freezer was delivered a couple of days ago and it works good. Thank you

Purchased one and it came soooo damaged! completely dented. called Best Buy and they sent a new one. I have had the new one for 2 years and has been a great freezer. deducted 2 stars for the huge inconvenience from Best Buy - not the product.

This is a great freezer ..holds a lot without taking up much space. Best home purchase I have made in a long time, I really needed this and especially useful if you shop bulky freezer items.

Came in 3 days. It came in good condition no defects.

Got this as a spare freezer since my refrigerator is a bit small. The first one I ordered was dented on the side, but I was able to return it at my local store and get a replacement then and there without any issues. Works as it should and is quiet. Really happy with my purchase.
