I was happy to find this in a pandemic where you couldn’t find any freezer. We had moved from a house to an apartment and the apartment freezer was way too small. This so far has been very quiet and keeps food frozen. What else can I ask for?

It is a great little freezer that has operated flawlessly. Eazy to use settings and does not need defrosting very often.

This freezer works great. I put it in my garage (late winter/spring), and it has been running without issue. However, I have not had it through more extreme temperatures yet. It is the appropriate size for a family of 2 that likes to buy meat on sale to freeze for later use.

the chest freezer is nice. the first one was delivered with a dent on top and in front. the delivery crew were awesome. they took care delivering all the products that I had ordered. the new freezer was delivered a couple of days ago and it works good. Thank you

Happy to buy this item with its price and so far its working very well. Only thing that i can comment is the those small chips on the paints l as well as the bulge/ dent on the vent cover.Overall quite satisfied!!! Well recommend to friends if the price goes back on sale!!!

This is the best mini freezer for my kitchen. It allows me to have everything I need at my finger tips. Doesn’t take up much room and lets my sons grab popsicles from the beat basket on the top of the freezer all by themselves.

During this pandemic we wanted to expand our options and not venture out to food shop if we didn’t have to, so I thought a decent size freezer would be a good choice. This 5.0 cubic ft. freezer is perfect for us, and the price point is fantastic. We ordered one from home depot and it came delivered with dents and a rip inside the freezer panel. So I returned it immediately. Thank goodness we found this one, it was cheaper and I we were able to pick it up curbside without any damage. Thumbs up for Best Buy!

This little upright freezer, may be small, but it is mighty. We were going to order one, just before the pandemic apocalypse happened and didn't. What a mistake, it took more than a month of endless searching and page reloading before stock finally showed available. Was able to score this little 5. Cu ft chest freezer, and it was delivered within a week (had to finagle with delivery dept as they cancelled my curbside delivery and then moved it out a month - this was changed back to 4 days after a curt but polite talk) This freezer - freezes solid. My ice cream and veggies are frozen solid whether or not they are at the top, or bottom areas in the freezer. The LED power light is handy to make sure the unit is on. A perk is the interior light, makes it easier than trying to balance a flashlight and poke around inside.

As the consequences of the pandemic worsened and with the very notorious shortage of essential products for life, I thought it was time to acquire this freezer to store meat and seafood and I have made a great investment, without a doubt.

Easiest purchase ever. Bought it for the purpose of storing large amounts of meat and it does the job perfectly. Set up is just plug in and you're good to go.

Came in 3 days. It came in good condition no defects.

It fits perfectly in the garage. I have long been in need of extra freezer space. With the addition of a couple of freezer baskets it's perfect for my purpose.

Got this as a spare freezer since my refrigerator is a bit small. The first one I ordered was dented on the side, but I was able to return it at my local store and get a replacement then and there without any issues. Works as it should and is quiet. Really happy with my purchase.

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, along with the customer service I received. I look forward to returning to Best Buy very soon!

Love the size of this freezer. I was thinking of getting the smaller one but after seeing this one I liked the size better.
