Its simple to use, plug and play. Freezer is extremely compact and light, was able to move around and unload myself. Would recommend for someone if you need a little extra freezer space.

If you are buying this to replace the previous model of this same product, it’s interior shape is a little different(slightly wider) but works just as good. The interior light has been enough to provide enough light when looking in the freezer.

It was defective and would trip my outlet every time I plugged it in. I had to return it. The return was easy and the guys at my local Best Buy were great. I didn’t trade it out for a new one because I didn’t want the hassle. I went with a garage ready one that is awesome.

It works great and is very quiet! It also comes with a scraper to help minimize ice build up. Would definitely purchase again if needed

It’s not to big and that’s what I wanted. The first one was unleveled and I had to send it back. However, they came out and exchanged it right away. The service guys that came out the second time was so nice and made sure I was happy with the product and that it was leveled correctly. It works great so far. I would have given it a 5 but couldn’t because of the exchanges.

I added my own thermometer and I am consistently at -10. Just plug in and it cooled very quickly. I did run it for a day before I put anything in it.

I was looking for a small travel unit and this fits the bill. The size is great for a small closet or an apartment. No issues with operation or frost build up at this time.
