So far this freezer works great. I don’t have a-lot of space in my house, so the size is perfect. Holds a lot of food.

We had been searching around for a deep freezer and couldn’t find one in stock that we liked. So, we checked Best Buy website and read the reviews so we decided to make the purchase. We couldn’t have made a better choice. I highly recommend this product.

great product keeps items frozen and unlike other chest freezers you can pack it full and it still circulated frozen air to keep things frozen.

After looking in the Mission Viejo store and online, I was able to locate the exact storage freezer I needed at a great price. Best Buy brought the unit in from either the Ontario warehouse or the Corona Store and I was able, even in difficult times like this, to go curbside and pick up the unit to bring home.

I cannot remember the lady's name that helped us, but she was extremely knowledgeable about the products in your store along with warranties and anything else that had to do with our purchase. She was also very nice and very personable. I would highly recommend BestBuy to friends and family.

Workswell enough. I keep a thermostat in there and it doesn't seem to get as cold as they say, but it does the job.

I have the freezer for a month now. The chest freezer comes in handy to store extra food so we don't need to go grocery shopping too often. Keeps the food at the bottom of the freezer frozen but the temperature near the basket is consistently around 10 degree. I have adjusted the knobs a few times and it's now at max but it didn't seem to change the temperature of the freezer. I just leave buns and sausages there so it's not a big deal but the buns are definitely not frozen. I rated the chest freezer 3 because I expected zero degree no matter where I place my food.

This item is good for the price. It’s been a year since I bought it and it’s work good and quite.

I thought I was going to have a hard time Putting it up but it was very easy as a single mother I really need this

I was so happy to get my chest freezer I had been looking everywhere.. everyplace I went they was out of them and didn't know when they would be getting any in i was so blessed to find one at best buy I couldn't believe it I had finally found one and I love it ..just the right size for my family of three

I am very pleased with my purchase of my chest freezer. I made my purchase online and did curbside pickup. My chest was supposed to be available one day but it actually came in early, they emailed me to keep me updated the entire time and everything was so simple from placing the order to picking it up.

This is a nice little chest freezer. I got the 5 cubic feet one, which is very decent in terms of space. The freezer can get a little loud at times, but other than that it works well. We keep ours in a spare bedroom and haven't had any issues with it. Everything stays nice and frozen.

The best of all saving food for the long time and a good backup if you have a bad fridge at home

This freezer is bigger than i thought it would be. The only con is it doesnt have a thermometer to tell if it is at a safe temperature.

I bought this Freezer when my Fridge was unserviceable. And my family liked it. Easy plug in and food is safe. I highly recommend this product

aside from its obvious duties to keep the cold stuff frozen, it makes for a great table for the adhd brain to leave things on. Cat also loves the texture on the top for long naps.

Nice freezer keeps food frozen but no auto defrost . You will need to unplug this and manually defrost the unit periodically.

Good little freezer when you need that extra space. Very happy with it.

From the previous reviews that i have read, their only complaint was the lack of an indicator light, but it was never an issue for me so I still purchased this freezer. I was really surprised when i plugged it in that ther is an indicator light. 5 stars for this item.
