Freezer fiasco

Lanham did have it but did not have it when I received the email to pick it up. Lanham told me to go to Annapolis. When I got there they did not have it at first. I spoke to a store manager and another store manager assisted and they found me one after driving up and down the road I finally had it. I am pleased with the Annapolis store but very disappointed witj Lanham. Lanham didn’t even give me an explanation. They sold my freezer before I arrived to pick it up in less than 12 hours. Xsomething needs to be done in Lanham. They are deceitful. Haveing to drive the extra miles was an inconvience and a nuisance.
