It’s really reasonable priced. But it has great quality it freezers fast soon as it plug in. But also great if you like shop at the meat market.

I make it a point not to leave negative reviews. However, this is too much to bear. I have spent 50 minutes waiting for someone to help but all I got was redirection. I am currently on a 50 minute wait for the next available operator. I realize that we are in a different time, because of the COVID-19, than only one week ago but come on!! The freezer did well first 30 hours! Afterwards, my wife placed something in freezer Friday overnight and told me that they had not frozen the next morning. I waited over the weekend but what I began noticing were that all of my meats were becoming softer. I didn't have much in the freezer, I was able to fit most of my stuff in a 60 quart ice chest. I then called Insignia, and they stated that I should start an exchange in case the freezers doesn't get better. However, I was sent to Best Buy Geek Squad, which I have a Total Tech Yearly Membership, and they told me to call my local Best Buy! What a joke! I called my local Best Buy and they told me that they couldn't help me with an exchange so they transferred me to repairs, which ironically the first message I received was they weren't making any repairs. I am now waiting for a call in 45 minutes but I know there is not anything they can do. So frustrating. Not sure if I believe in Best Buy anymore.

The reasons I don’t give five stars are: 1) It’s not self-defrosting 2) It’s slow to recover when new food, even small items, are added.
