It has a minor dent in the front panel which was upsetting since we discovered this after unpacking and installing it in the basement. Attempted to call Best Buy but got a recording stating they were not taking calls so we just accepted it as is. Not worth the trouble of repacking and going back to the store. They had 3 available left in inventory.
