Malfunctioning within 3 months

The Geek Squad repair suggestion for this is an absolute joke. Apparently the item is too large to get serviced at home and I have to bring it to a store (can't comprehend the logic there, not everyone has a car or a car large enough to fit it). Additionally, there's no way to actually get in touch with a store to confirm if they will help bring the item in from the parking lot. I was told to go visit the store to speak to them, then come back with the item a second time. Two visits for no guarantee of a repair. I live in New York where parking is scarce and the Best Buy is in a mall. Unless Best Buy can offer another suggestion, I will never buy another Insignia brand product and likely will shop for electronics elsewhere.
